Review Papa Johns Pizza - Trenton

Absolutely loving Papa John's. Tuesdays are buy one get one free and you just can't go wrong with that. Grea friendly staff and service. Definitely recommend trying. My new go to pizza place.

Very disappointing. I placed an order online for contactless delivery hoping to try their new pizza. I checked the option to pay with my visa online. The poor delivery driver showed up and knocked on my door. I said it's supposed to be contactless. They said the order hasn't been paid for. I told them I paid online. My card number is in there in my customer account. Sadly, my bank card is not with me today, hence the online payment. So, the driver has to take the meal back. A whole meal wasted. I won't accept a cold order, so there's no sense sending it back. Hopefully you'll at least donate it to someone less fortunate to eat and not throw it out. Guess I'll have to order dinner from somewhere else.

TYLER is AMAZING!! Every time we call he jokes around with us, and we always hang up laughing. Tonight when we ordered was the same funny Tyler, I ended up telling my son to tell Tyler to keep the change when he went in to pay. THIS GUY CALLED ME ! CALLED to thank me for a tip! What a guy!!! We always look forward to talking to Tyler! Just felt he deserves some recognition

New stuffed crust pizza was delicious, great Staff here as well. Felt more than just a number at a pizza place for once.

The papadillas were good. Did a pick up order waited about 45 minutes for our food. Service was really slow considering we were told 20 minutes.

Decent pizza. They prepared it very quickly. Price seems reasonable.

The pizza we received was completely inedible, owner refused to give us our money back and offered credit. What good is that going to do when I'm never going to get my money back. Owner was being completely unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would. ETA: we both ended up with food poisoning

They can’t follow directions or communicate properly with their drivers. Man on the phone was very disrespectful and had a sarcastic attitude. Never again. Waste of my time and money. Oh to top it all off the pizza was cold and not the greatest. It wasn’t worth $30.
