This Tim Horton is close to the office which makes it convenient and easy to get to. I normally order ahead instead of waiting in the line (line moves fast though). The morning crew is always quick, attentive and polite.
My favourite Tim Hortons on the PATH in Toronto. With the most cheerful staff who serve hundreds of people coming up from King St Subway every day- these guys remember my order!!! ( & miss me when I am on vacation)!!!!
Inside Scotia Plaza, VERY small, VERY busy and VERY efficient. A long line doesn't mean a long wait. Customer service is good.

The staff is very friendly and professional. I ordered lentil soup online and they didn’t have it, so they gave me chili instead.
Long lines to get your drinks. However ; the staff is friendly and fast, so the line is in constant movement.
