It’s located just inside the Pharmacy and is very clean. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks tasted the best here, compared to most other Tim Hortons.
Good environment and food.
I love the French vanilla breakfast muffin potato wedges and the doughnuts .they're all delicious. Also they're all quick bites when you are hungry and no where to go for a meal.
Staff and their service was good but premise has space constraints no complaints though because its situated inside the hospital.
It was good. Now they have also started entry from outside of the hospital which was not the case earlier which is great.

This Tim Horton's is located inside the SHN General Hospital. The staff are friendly, the orders are processed quickly and correctly. The establishment is clean, the tables, chairs and counters are wiped down frequently.

Friendly staff, very busy but they do there best to get your order ready as quick as they can to get u on your way. Customer need to understand that it's not always the cashiers fault for the line up. They see and talk to a lot of customers, who are not always the nicest. But if u do encounter a rud
Very busy. Heavy foot traffic and lines can get quite long most of the time. Understandable since this is the only place in the hospital where you can buy food besides the cafeteria which closes an hour or two after lunch.

Your average Tim Hortons, good staff. The only issue you might have is that there isn't a spot for you to sit, but that hasn't happened to me yet ( I predicted that you might not find a spot due to the size of the store.)
