Just visited. Ordered 2 iced coffees but they didn’t have it. I think payal was the name of girl. She made the best out of a bad situation. Absolutely amazing customer service. Will visit again!
Five stars only for the lady who is working alone in the evening. Please hire person. So that one could bake easily and other can serve the customer.s . Please if the owner is reading this.. Tim is good
I drop into this spot on occasion. I find the selection of donuts mid afternoon to be quite respectable. Service is quick, but the customer space is so tiny. Even with the glass wall facing the pumps once there are three customers waiting. Everyone feels cramped.
I went here on a bright sunny Saturday morning and ordered a BELT Bagel Breakfast Combo. I was greeted with a smile by Marta. She got right to work and immediately made my coffee, then within a minute she had made my sandwich.
Marta is by far the prettiest and best employee Tim Horton's has ever had. She shoud be manager. Give her a raise.
Individually there is no issue with Tim Hortons but it is next to impossible to order an Americano (espresso with hot water) in every store. This would be the only reason they don't get 5 stars from me.
the two staff here new years day are excellent, serving customers fast and efficient. Super patient and friendly. Great experience!
