Great, friendly service, but in my experience, short on staff because the line is often long and it moves slowly. It's faster for me to walk down the street to Starbucks. There are times I also just go to the local convenience store and skip my morning coffee. Product quality is standard for Tim H
You have to give a thumbs up to the server Love (yes thats her name). I know a lot of customers dislike her but every time my wife and I go there she always gives us free bagels.

Our experience yesterday at this location was awesome. Staff was very nice. We ordered potato wedges it was not ready but they cooked new for us. Thanku soo much

Wasn't bad coffee was hot Tobago was pretty good could have been toast it a little longer they should be still offering the sleeve for their hot coffees now it seems like they're not supposed to give them out I guess it's a cost Tim doesn't want
Great the men doing my Chai tea latte hot was going to put milk in it and I ask him is that milk he said yes ,and I told him I ask for cream and he said the other cashier didn't tell but no problem he switched it to cream perfectly tasting. The Gentleman was very polite to me and I was polite to him
We all love our Tim Hortons coffee for the most part, but what gives this Timmy's 5 stars is the staff. They are friendly, courteous, and go above and beyond to show their appreciation for your business.

I bypass the victoria park and Gerrard location to come this specific tim hortons because thier coffee tastes much better! I also like that the lady in the mornings remembers my coffee order and has it ready for me :D
