Reviews Saigon Express Pho

I’m a transplanted Torontonian who, when I visit,
heads to Saigon Express for their flavourful and fairly priced spicy version of
the House Special Pho (#2).  Since discovering this eatery in 2012, I have
made it a point to stop there for my first meal.  I have searched over
30 establishments across Winnipeg to find an equal but to no avail. 
For my taste, Saigon Express ranks as one of the best Pho establishments
I’ve ever had the pleasure to sample.  And their homemade ice tea really
hits the spot.  Enjoy ☺
