Best coffee shop in Toronto! Great teas, great food, awesome service all at a very affordable price. The atmosphere too is so welcoming and cozy! Definitely my new favorite spot!
Whenever I have a spare minute in Kensington, I make a point of stopping in at Rick's. 1) Rick's a class act and always happy to talk, 2) Good coffee and good food service no matter who your are, 3) no attitude. Looking for salon atmosphere, keep walking; but if your want a genuine coffee experience, come on in.
The smoothies taste great and are reasonably priced. Situated in a great location with outdoor seating. The staff are very friendly. Really love this cafés vibe.
Iced Nutella latte = perfect summer treat. Cafe is stocked w local free papers so you can check out what's going on while taking your coffee break. Nice spot!

Rick makes fantastic drinks and snacks, always greets me with a smile and engages in great conversation. My favourite item is the Nutella Latte that he makes fresh with real Nutella right in front of you. The inside of the cafe is also a great place to work, meet with a friend or sit on the patio. There's great local art and intriguing paintings so it's never a dull moment. I highly recommend this spot for a coffee or lunch break!
