This was the best fast food I have ever had hands down. The Spicy Tuna Burger was incredible the super fresh spicy tuna sandwiched between two sheets of crispy rice. I also tried the Chicken Rice Burger which was an insanely delicious friend chicken breast with that crispy rice, I fell in love..
This is the type of food you crave, so I went back AGAIN! I The The Cheeseburger Rice Burger was on the level of love as the first two I tried. The fries were good and the chocolate-miso ice cream was decadent. My advice is find this place and pig out!
Good sushi and nice staff; can be a bit slow at times but overall the quality and range is good; get the titanic boat, it's a spectacle and comes with good variation
Among the better ones in the west end - with good prices. I have tried many 'sushi' places. For the price you pay, this gets you pretty good value for money. The service is lacking to say the least, they can be abrupt and yet there is a charm to it. They leave you alone once your food has arrived - which comes rather quickly. They let you enjoy your meal and company. We've had the sushi love boat for 2, which was very nicely done, and then the Take dinner and the Shirachi dinner - the quality of the sashimi for what we paid was quite good. I like they have locals, I like the options they give you. And if you like free stuff, you always get free sweet potatoes tempura fries on the house. The rolls are very nice. I wish they used better quality soy sauce and that's about the only thing that isn't great.
If you're in the neighbourhood, I recommend you try them out. You should be pleased.

Top Notch Taste and Quality. Its small, its not well-lit, but the food is bomb. The restaurant is a little hole-in-the-wall-like restaurant that doesn't look like much, but that isn't the selling point. The wait staff were nice but ran hot and cold in terms of enthusiasm, no big deal.
The food though is something special to say the least; gyoza is superb, hand rolls are not super long but very wide and there's a ton of fish in them. Best of all though are their rolls; spicy salmon and lobster rolls were out of this world good. They also do a ton of other stuff outside of sushi, which is a nice alternative if one is not in the mood.
I've been here about a dozen times now.
Consistently really good food.
A few times I've tried to order the tofu salad and the waiter (or maybe he's the owner, not sure) told me the tofu isn't fresh enough for the salad, which I thought really cool, that they tell me that and not just serve it anyway. Shows a commitment to quality.
I'd highly recommend this restaurant, especially the unagi (eel) - my favourite.
Definately a must. Every time I'm in Toronto I make it a must have meal. The service is good and food is great. All at moderate prices. Can't wait till next trip.
One of the best and cheapest meals I have had, the lunch specials are amazing. The staff are very friendly, and the banter between the staff is comical at times. It is across the street from 3300 Bloor street west, were the OHIP office is. One of the best meals for under 15 dollars I have had.
