nice place, very spacious. the staff was friendly and the drinks were made quickly. my only reason for 4 stars is i asked for light whipped cream on my vanilla bean but it was filled. to be fair i would normally be more than happy with it.

One of the Best locations at Kennedy Road Near Kathy’s Grill. The location is very nice and the staff is helpful in getting your food and drinks. Also it’s a great location to use your electronics for both work, study and leisure. The parking there is a first come first serve as it’s always busy during the day time.

Starbucks can do better with your coffee cups ,no loner had stoppers for the coffee cups due to less use of plastic, which is fine. Now the staff places a paper sticker on the lid of the cup. Touching the sticker with bare hands and then placing it on the area where I will then drink from, no gloves, just bare hands in the bottom of the sticker to the top of the cup.. And the spillage is another issue.. can do better with stopper and lids.

This place is awesome and I come here all the time. It's the perfect spot to relax and get some work done on my laptop. The staff are super friendly and the coffee is great.

Very friendly and helpful baristas it is a nice clean store but parking can be improved. Starbucks should train their staff to distinguish between a true service dog and a pet. So the public health people will not fine them for letting pets in.

This place always has the best customer service more so than the other locations nearby. Staff are always friendly, orders come fast and the quality holds. Location also has ample amount of seating to socialize or to do work. Good amount of outdoor seating for summer as well.

I was having a really rough afternoon, and after my doctor's appointment, I was crying. I figured some Starbucks would cheer me up. Somehow, going through the drive-thru, the worker there could see it on my face that I was having an awful day. She didn't charge me anything for my order and told me to " enjoy." She'll never know how much that meant to me. When I left, I was crying again, but happy tears. They've always had amazing staff and the best baristas, but this is something I'll forever remember ❤️.

I ordered a Iced Doppio Expresso. A properly made Iced Doppio is the ice inserted into the cup after the coffee is dispensed. Otherwise, I get a watered down Doppio due to the temperature of the coffee melting the ice if the ice is added first. The ice should instantly make the drink cold. But I come everyday to get coffee anyway.

Another day, another 😋☕️at Kennedy Road Starbucks. Nice modern Starbucks location. Lots of windows bringing in natural light. Very comfy arm chairs. Lots of electrical outlets to plug in your devices. Very friendly barista. Picture perfect well stocked display case. Drive through and lots of free parking. WiFi is fast.

The staff is really really good, positive, always smiling. There were samples for new drinks, they were greeting literally every person entering the store, music was amazing. Food was standard starbucks quality. They are raising donations for charity. Honestly one of the best starbucks I have visited from a service POV. 11/10. <3
