I really like how the noodles are here. You have the option of thin, wavy or thick or hand sliced noodles! Noodles are made to order with you choice of meat and sup toppings. The consistency of the noodles are great here. Very chewy and the texture is firm, which I enjoy!ð€ I also love the side dishes here like the spicy beef/tendon. It's very delicious. I loved scooping a spoonful or 2 of the hot oil sauce into my bowl of noodles. It added a great kick! I recommend Super tasty noodle house if you love Asian styled ramen from the North. ð
Pretty good place. I wonder how long they'll keep up their current quality. Anyway, the noodles are good texture and the soups are not too salty and oily yet still tasty, which is what you're looking for in a fair-priced noodle place. Service was fast when I was there but there wasn't many people.
The selection can go from very northern chinese style to your typical Dam Dam Mein stuff (not that theres no problem in that too)
I went to the latest Asian foodie mall...Bridlewood Mall at Finch/Warden? Â Yep that's right, this mall has slowly been transforming to a Asian restaurant mall. Â They even have separate street entrances directly to the restaurants from the parking lot. Â This newest place that opened has Chinese style ramen. Â They even have fried noodles and rice on their menu between $7.99 to $9.99. Â I ordered their traditional Lanzou beef noodle ($7.99 - small) and their lamb skewers ($3.99). Â One of my relatives ordered their braised beef noodle. Â The noodles arrived first, they are good size bowls with tasty broth that are different depending what you have ordered. Â Their beef is tender and the noodles has a unique chewy texture. Â The lamb skewers were freshly grilled with plenty of spices to pack an unforgettable taste with cumin being the dominate flavor. Â I would definitely come back again.
