I love Sofra Nazar so much! My favourite is the chicken shawarma pita sandwich or lunch/dinner combo that comes with either fries, rice or potatoes and salad. Their food is so fresh and delicious. The falafel and soup are also very good. The garlic sauce is yummy and I can’t get enough. They sell the garlic sauce by the container as well if you want to take the taste home! Staff is very friendly, highly recommended!

This place is amazing! The food is delicious, fresh and healthy; not oily some middle eastern can be. I have tried many middle eastern restaurants and this is easily my favourite one. the portions are huge and the prices are very reasonable. They do delivery. what more can you ask for when you need a quick easy meal?

I’ve been coming to this place for five years and stopped because I have moved to another part of the city but still find myself coming back because the service and food is amazing! Everyone is genuine and friendly. Food is always fresh and tasty! And the food prep area always look clean. Best shawarma in Toronto! Highly recommend!

The best shawarma place in the city as far as I've had. Unusual, fresh made toppings like a great stand alone coleslaw (vinaigrette, not cream) and deep fried saucy eggplant. No extra charge! Do yourself a favour and eat here now.

This was the first place I went when I moved to Toronto, and it set the standard for shawarma that hasn't really been met at other places in a few key categories. First, the size of the wraps is giant. Second, the chicken is succulent and flavorful. Not so much the beef, but if you want chicken it's great. The selection of the toppings can be lacking compared to some of the larger chains and some would argue that the pita isn't thick enough, but they're very generous with the sauce, meat, and everything else. Some of the negative reviews here may be valid, but I really haven't encountered many places in Toronto that make their own wraps and I always got take out so I don't know much about the service. Anyway, there's also lots of seating, where a lot of other places don't. I'd recommend it if you're in the area.

Yes, hands down, best homemade falafel. Their food is delicious. But what really stands out at Sofra is the staff. Totally welcoming and feels like a family kitchen. A big reason I love this neighbourhood. Love you guys!

This place has been my go-to for years. Nothing compares. The staff are hard working and lovely. The falafel is fresh, crunchy, and soft. The chicken shawarma is completely different than what one expects to receive. It features an incredible hot chilli spread (if requested), fried sweet savoury eggplant & excellent slaw which accompany perfectly seasoned chicken. I can't say enough good things about these guys!

The best chicken shawarma I've eve had! Generous portions of fresh food, wonderfully combined. Nice atmosphere, with pretty decorations. The baklava is so fresh it will make your mouth water. I would go just to hear them speak Turkish.
