I enjoy the food here. Good deals for the sets. Today i opted to do something and get two rolls. The casa roll was good but not that outstanding. I liked the miami nice roll better. Service was quite slow today but usually i dont have problems with that. Good choice when I'm on the danforth.
This is my main go-to for sushi on the Danforth. I've gotten takeout a lot, sometimes ranging from just 6 sushi rolls, to other times ordering a bento box. One day, I went in for takeout, but changed my mind and decided to stay in. I'm really glad I did! It's a really nice spot to dine in and the staff are all really quick with anything you need.
I ordered a veggie bento box and it came out pretty quickly! I scarfed down the avocado sushi rolls, since they came out first, and then managed to eat almost everything in the bento box. It was really delicious! And at the end, I am pretty sure it comes with a free scoop of ice cream since I didn't see it in on the bill. Yum!
All in all, an awesome place to take out or dine in. Sushi is fresh, tasty, and quick, and for a price I'm comfortable paying :)
My absolute favorite sushi place. I use to only go to all you can eat sushi but you can't get the quality and flavor like Casa Sushi. I thoroughly enjoy their Beauty and Beast roll. The waiters are very nice. The green tea is very hot at first but it simmers down. I drive here often even if it's out of my way. Always worth the drive.
Great sushi place on the Danforth. I will almost always choose this place over a few of the others as the quality and service here is consistently good. Sushi is fresh which is the important thing and their food presentation is very creative.
Loved their food.. we ordered fried calamari, chicken cutlet and sushi platter.. calamari is a must have.. sushi was also good.. ambience was nice also....

I have been coming here since it opened , I simply love it! Great staff and very fast service ! Mind you the decor is simply exquisite as well as the atmosphere in this location !
The sushi here is absolutely delicious. It's obviously made with very fresh ingredients. They also serve a thinly sliced beef and a thinly sliced tuna that are amazing. Nice atmosphere, too.
Super fresh and always tasty!! A must try :)
The food was good and a great price but the service was terrible! My friends and I ordered teriyaki chicken (among other things) and for the first time ever we received dark meat chicken teriyaki. When we explained to our waiter that we were expecting a mix of white and dark or all white meat, we were told that they wouldn't do anything about it. When we checked the menu we confirmed that it wasnt stated that white meat was extra so we talked to the manager but to no avail.
I love the food. It's very fresh and flavorful. Downside is, is that the service is terrible. We had to ask for everything.
First Choice for Take Out!. Why not my first choice for dining in, I really enjoy their food delivered! Always Fast, Always Hot (Or at the dishes that should be)
Excellent!! One of the best sushi restaurants in the east side. Fresh, full of flavour and unique.
Great atmosphere, great prices and great food. Quickly becoming my favorite neighborhood sushi restaurant.
New Sushi Resto in Greektown. And it's fantastic! I was skeptical at first because the prices are low compared to so many other Japanese restaurants. But I got take-out from there for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. We ordered the 30 pcs salmon sashimi for $20 and the pieces are like normal sashimi size, which is fantastic because most places scam you by giving tiny pieces the size of my pinky. Also ordered Beauty and the Beast roll ($7.75), which was also very yummy (my fav of the 3 rolls ordered). The Spider Roll ($7.25) is also tasty and nicely priced. We didn't really like the Spicy Tuna roll ($4.50) because it wasn't spicy. It was more like a tuna roll.
Overall this is a very good cheap and cheerful place. If you're looking for 5 star resto quality, this is not for you. But if you love Japanese food and want to eat it at least once a week without breaking the piggy bank, this is definitely your joint.
I will definitely go back to try more rolls and Jap dishes. Enjoy!
Surprisingly good ramen! We stopped in for a quick lunch - my husband had nabeyaki udon (he said it was just ok) and I had the chicken ramen (it was good!). They gave us that ubiquitous watery iceberg lettuce salad to start too. Have previously eaten the vegetarian sushi here as well, and it's always been decent.
