Good Pakistani option in the area. Hidden away in the plaza you might just miss it if you don't look hard enough. Great service. Tried their chicken biryani good flavour and large portions. Will be back to try their other options.

This is one of those hole in the walls. They had the best paya which no one makes and really good haleem too. I used to eat there a lot when they were on Sheppard and Kennedy sadly lost them for a while when they moved. So glad to find them and can't wait to try more of their meals.

Omigosh I forgot how good this guy is. We used to go to his old location. Shepard and Kennedy. My friend found his new spot at the NE corner of nugget and mccowan.
He has one of the best biryanis in town. Generous portions. When we went to his old place everything was good. I’ll have to revisit and retry his menu options😋
Order early. Call it in if u don’t want to wait. He has delivery and take out orders flying in constantly and was the only guy in the place when we were there. So u’ll have to wait if u don’t. Highly recommend❣️

So I’ve come to this location a couple times now, and they have some really good food. It’s not a big place, but it’s quaint, and the couple that works there are lovely~
Mainly I’ve ordered the chicken biryani special, which considering the price is a really good deal, and I find it to be rather flavourful. This particular occasion I also decided to try their Mango Lassi as I had a hankering for trying one, and it was also really nice and smooth, my stomach was grateful.
Also I think it speaks well about the food that I could carry it around in a bag all day, and by the end, after warming it up in my oven, it tasted as good as the bite I took from it the first time. (The pics are from when I first got it, to the end of the day when I finally nommed it)
I will definitely be returning~

The chicken Karahi had the perfect blend of spices and it wasn’t too spicy
The butter chicken was super flavourful and creamy
The tandoori Chicken is very unique and you can almost taste the fire as if it’s right off the grill.
The Chicken Biryani is great with debt of flavour, very unique to the restaurant.

Honestly, my go to for Pakistani food take out. Such delicious food and the price us very reasonable! Love the owners as well! Must try spot if you're craving some feel good Pakistani food. Chicken biriyan is a must try!

Had quite a delicious lunch here. It's basically a takeout place, but u can sit and have a few bites at a table in the place itself if you want. Good vegetarian dishes as well. The owners are very friendly and sell home made achaar which you should try if u like South Asian pickles. Food was freshly made and homelike.

By far, the best biryani I ever tasted. It took 10 mins as I think I reached around closing time. But they were prompt enought to take the order. Ample number of big pieces, good spices not like burning in your mouth spicy but feels like biryani spicy. The yogurt they give with the biryani is amazing. Good luck guys. O yeah!1 large biryani with 4 big pieces and yogurt is around 11 cad with taxes. Will try other stuff pretty soon. Must visit for indian biryani lovers.

I’ve had chicken Karahi twice from here and both times tastes amazing. Chicken tastes fresh lots of flavour. And the garlic naan.. sooo good. I wish the sold some desserts too like Gulab jamun ;)

Went there with friends for lunch. Ordered paya, chicken biryani, kabobs and karahi chicken. Paya was Ok. Rest of the food was tasteless. The portions were minuscule. We were the only people in the restaurant, yet the service was extremely slow. Not a clean place either and the washroom was downright filthy, Not going back there.

Surely a place to go for some good indian food. The day I landed in Scarborough, asked around for some good Biriyani, Indian style. This place was suggested. And am glad we went around looking for this eatout.<br/><br/>Its been two years, Even today, If we pass by kennedy and sheppard we never miss their tandoori chicken.<br/><br/>Foods I have tried:<br/>Chicken biriyani - I have tried a couple places and this is my second favourite place<br/><br/>Tandoori - This place is by far the best, he makes it spicy if we need it, and the best thing, they are made to order, so the tandoori is always soft and fresh, unlike other take outs.<br/><br/>Naan & Roti - Very good and soft and fresh<br/><br/>daal - my husbands favourite. a very picky eater, he loves it here.<br/><br/>Baijan curry - (Brinjal curry) - Awesome.<br/><br/>Prices:<br/>Reasonable that eating at big fancy named Indian style restaurants<br/>After 7 p.m chicken biriyani is just 3.49, but too sad its over quicker than i can imagine<br/><br/>Things I like apart from food:<br/>I have found the owner(guy) always, always friendly and patient. even when we go in, at their closing time<br/>Can call ahead and pick up<br/>small dine in area- clean<br/><br/>Cons: <br/>Very small dine in, more like a waiting area for pick up<br/>hours of operation considerably shorter than other places<br/>the lady quite isnt the patient type like the guy

Sam. Great food. I think the service has improved a lot and their staples of biryani, nehari and haleem are just out of this world. Have done a catering for 75 people as well last week and all my guests were really impressed by the food and generous quantity given........Good job....

Best Indian-Pakistani food!. If you don't mind eating at or getting take-out from a no-frills kind of place, Pakwanchi is a good option. Their Chicken Biryani is the best in the city and Nihari is cooked to perfection. Heads-up: The food can be pretty spicy.......... I prefer getting take-out from there instead of the dine-in which has a very unappealing interior.
