I swear to GOD, cupcakes multiply like bunnies by the time I get home! I initially wanted 2 but I took home 6! :) Definitely going back!
Average. Not sure the name of the cupcake but it had 2 pieces of soggy cinnamon toast crunch on top. The cupcake was fresh though and very tasty.
Overpriced but delicious. 'Sticky and sweet' are my very favorite there, but i am starting to enjoy other overpriced cupcakes in Toronto more.
Pleasant treats. Good cupcakes, nothing extraordinary though. They are soft, moist and have a good butter-cream topping. Some cute flavor ideas, and definitely one of the better places out there (especially in North T.O).
I got the Pretty N' Pink which was a raspberry buttercream on a raspberry cupcake and a Red Velvet. They were pretty yummy. The cake was very spongey and frosty was quite smooth. I do think that their red velvet is a little too chocolatey though. Nonetheless, I like the idea of having a yummy cupcake place relatively nearby without having to drive too far when I need a cupcake fix!
Cupcake Shoppe has gotten mixed reviews, some calling it the “best ever” and others calling it way overrated. Merky and I are siding with the “best ever” reviewers, calling it our favourite of the ones we’ve tried.
Not only were they pretty, they were insanely good! I heart. A lot. They’re $2.50 a Cupcake or $20 for 6 Customized Cupcakes which is quite pricey. And mini cupcakes have to be pre-ordered as well. They’re beautiful though, and a great idea for parties. I
Love The Cupcake Shoppe. Their cupcakes are so yummy. You must try their cookie dough cupcakes. They are heavenly. In general, all of their cupcakes are fun colours and so pretty to look at. They even make gluten free cupcakes if you order in advance.
