The chicken pakora is really good as well as the dry Chili Fish. They're really tasty. The place is squeaky clean and the staff are nice and friendly. I highly recommended the place for someone craving for Chinese food. You will never be disappointed.
One of the BEST Indian Hakka Places in the city....never disappointed, food is outstanding! They have an amazing assortment of Pakoras, and their Chili Chicken is outstanding!!!!
So yummy! I ordered General Tao and Jesus lord 5.99 you can't go wrong! I needed a little more gravy for my rice. But that's just me being picky lol. So much food for such a great price.
Will def go back.
While trying for a good Indian Chinese place in Toronto I came across Lotus Garden. Earlier experiences with other places were good but was looking for a place that cooks chicken pakoras which are uniformly cooked within and not raw. Well this is the first place I had great chicken chow mein, dry chilli chicken and awesome chicken pakoras. However the garlic chicken was well cooked but a bit sweet for my taste. Will definitely go again. Please don't expect a great ambience but a clean place with finger licking food in Hakka / Indian Chinese. Worth trying it!!!!!!!!!

This halal hakka indian style chinese gem is tucked away in a small plaza on Danforth and Warden. Service can be slow sometimes, but only because they get really busy with take-outs! The young girl that works at the front, she's great and very attentive! Quickly refills your glass of water in a snap. They have daily specials that's cheap and affordable (5.99 on weekdays and $6.50 on weekends). You must try the chili chicken (dry), general tao and masala chicken!
What a gem! Tasty, authentic hakka chinese. It's a small joint, perfect for take-out. Chicken corn soup and chilli chicken are a must try. Authentic and craving-satisfying.
Who knew?. We just returned from a wonderful dinner at The Lotus Garden. The food was outstanding. It was very busy with delivery orders, so our service was a bit slow, but so worth it. The crispy beef and mauchurian chicken were wonderfully flavoured. This type of cuisine is new to us, so it was an amazing introduction!
Thoroughly enjoyed every bite! And, the prices were very reasonable. We'll be heading back soon.
Glad we saw all the excellent reviews as they encouraged us to try it.
Who knew this little gem was right around the corner?
The food is excellent, but God help you if you order delivery. Whatever time they say it'll arrive, double it. That'll ease your disappointment.
Great Food @ a Great Price. Just ate at Lotus Garden today - had chicken chow mein and chicken pakoras. They were both great dishes for under $20 all inclusive. The service was great - would definitely go back!
My favorite here are the pakoras! But to be honest I haven't had a dish I didn't like. Typically we order the crispy beef, chicken fried rice, lemon chicken, and the pakoras.
Simply Amazing! 10/10. This little Gem is by far the best Hakka Indian restaurant in the GTA, I've been a fan for hakka for for many many years and these guys win my #1 spot for the best Indian Hakka food in Toronto. Usually most placesI go out to and order a few items there always one great dish and always a so-so to "meh" dish. But these guys have seriously impressed me! So far every dish I've ordered turned out to meet my expectation for exceed it! I highly Recommend their Chili Chicken Dry or the Chili Beef with mixed Vege. There's simply too many too name or choose because they're all good! I also like to mention they serve Halal Meat. If you are in the eastern side of GTA don't miss these guys.. You will NOT be disappointed!
P.S Did I mention the Price was awesome too!
I also heard they're working on their website which is going to be at:

10/10 For Service, Food, and Atmosphere!
Just finished the chicken cow mein dinner special. I ordered it extra spicy. Simply superb.
Decent Chinese food. Not the fanciest of places but half full of customers when I arrived to pickup our food. We ordered Cantonese Chowmein and Beef Fried Rice as our first test. The Beef Fried Rice was decent and would order it again. The Cantonese Chowmein did not have bbq pork which is my favourite (It does say on the menu chicken and shrimp so this wasn't really a surprise) and did not use the usual thin noodles that most restaurants use. My wife thought it was passable but next time I'll just pass. Next time I am looking forward to trying some of the Hakka Indian style dishes since it is the focus of the restaurant.
