Good food and friendly service! Ive tried most of their mezza.... the tabboule and baba ghannouj ate really good. The cheese sambousik is a must try. For the main, i had the chicken kebobs, a generous serving of two nicely

The rating was over 4, and we were in the mood for Mediterranean food, so we thought we would give La Grill a try. The first thing that struck us when we entered the place was that it looked more like a banquet hall than it did a restaurant. There were some bench seats backing up to one wall, and there were several "islands" of tables spread out around the hall.

The food was nicely done. SWMBO chose the Chicken Kebab. The chicken was properly grilled, and was still moist in the middle. The side of hummus, freshly made on site each day, had a pleasant lemon-garlic flavour. I had the Kafta Kebob, which I enjoyed.

Service was a bit mixed. We were seated fairly quickly, and our order was taken fairly quickly, but it did take what seemed a bit to long to bring out our food. After our food arrived, we did not see our server at our table until I had finished my plate. Also, the vacant table beside us still had uncleared plates from the previous diners that remained that way for our entire visit. There were only two staff looking after food, drinks and cash, so I am wondering if they might have been short one or two people.

I took a bite and I was hit by the lip smacking flavor. The chicken was juicy, moist and utterly delicious
