This is a healthy and tasty way to get your lunch. The salads are a good size and a bit pricey but worth it. Definitely try the cob. Good decor. Fast staff
This store is made for me. Health food that tastes good - what more can you ask for? My favorites (there are many) are the chia pudding, raw cocoa and almond milk smoothie, Lima, apple Cobb, pink panther, but the best of all: avocado on toast! Delish!
Pass by iQ every day and see the humongous line, which lead me to decide it was a must-try. The line ended up being surprisingly fast at a fair 10 minutes. I ordered the Lima box which contains rice, tomatoes, pickled cabbage, cheese, corn, chicken and a spicy sauce. Tasted pretty good but the chicken was extremely bland without the hot sauce. Personally, I prefer the boxes from Kupfert & Kim.
Highly recommend getting the Lima box! For 10 bucks you can get so much food for lunch in the financial distract. It has so many things in it such as avocado, cheese, tomatoes, black beans, chicken and hot sauce! It never disappoints.
iQ is one of the best bets for healthy food in the downtown core. Although it is more expensive than your standard food court fare, and the line ups can be daunting, the food is delicious and the portions are hefty. All of the items have a base of quinoa, brown rice or greens but everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) can be substituted for minimal or no cost. The seasonal items rotate every 2-3 months, and there are staple items as well. I recommend the Ssam, a Korean-inspired dish, which features tempeh, kimchi, bok choy, avocado, shredded carrots and daikon. The tempeh is covered in a delicious bulgogi-esque sauce and the vegetables have a lemony dressing. Also, if you're big on breakfast, they have smoothies, smoothie "bowls" and toasts. Plus, their Americanos are wonderfully dark and strong if you need a caffeine kick before a morning meeting.
