Best Greek food on the Danforth!
I came with my girlfriend tonight and we were both blown away with our meal.
I had the Osso Buco - TRY THE OSSO BUCO! Actually amazing
She had the Pork Souvlaki - can never go wrong.
Service was top notch. Atmosphere was great. Wine was delicious. 100% recommend Pappas Grill
Pappas grill has a hard-to-miss location in Greek town which is filled with restaurants and their lovely patio instantly draws one's attention. We visited here on last labor's day for lunch and enjoyed the experience. The service staff was very attentive, especially the lady who seemed like the manager and an older waiter (he was super sweet and it's such a shame I don't remember his name) who attended to us. We had brushetta, salmon & stuffed chicken breast for mains and baklava for dessert. The stuffed chicken breast was yumm and emerged a clear winner among all the dishes we ordered. Wouldn't mind going back.
Great Greek Food for Business Occasions. I visited Pappas Grill Greek restaurant in Greektown of Toronto with 6 of my staff and we all loved it. The food was very delicious, and the waitress was really pleasant and always lookd over us to make sure we were all served and happy. I definitely plan to return with my staff again and with my family as well. I was also pleasantly surprised when the bill came at the end of the night, as the price was below what I was expecting for the amount and quality of food we had. They have a large selection of authentic Greekfood so I think everyone would find something they like! Definitely check it out if you already have not.

The lamb souvlaki cooked medium rare was excellent, but the service was a bit slow considering the restaurant was half full.

First, I really enjoyed the feel of the place. It felt classy but comfortable and laid-back.
We ordered some dips to start and while the eggplant one wasn't my favourite, the hummus was really yummy.
I got a delicious mediterranean pasta with a rose sauce, and they gladly threw in some olives for me on request.
I'd definitely go back sometime. It may not technically be as "authentic" as others on the strip, but it was a very pleasant place.
I have visited Pappas Grill on the Danforth in Greektown on several occasions and want to leave a review because I want to support this awesome Greek restaurant. Most importantly their food is great and they have a large selection of authentic Greek food. I love the seafood there, and would recommend anything from their salmon, calamari and shrimp dishes. If you are a meat lover try the lamb chops or the lamb souvlaki (my favourite) Both come with sides so one order is plenty to get you full. The restaurant is very large so you shouldn't have a problem finding a table on a busy day/night and it is very different. The ambiance has a rustic look and Greek feel to it so it is a great place to go on a romantic date or with a group of people. I asked the lovely waitress and it turns out Pappas Grill is owned and operated by a Canadian family that came to Canada a few decades ago from Greece. I would recommend Pappas Grill to anyone looking for greatGreek food in Toronto.
