I ended up finding this place and stopped in for a quick bite. The menu is very limited but the food is pretty good. The beer is phenomenal! Tons of choices and the only way to get the experience is with a flight or two.

Rooftop patio is good. Loud music and surrounded by condo buildings but good spot to stop in after work. Hard to have a conversation because of the loud music and getting a table can be difficult depending on how early you get there.

The house beers were both really good and had great options among their rotating selection. Fried Chicken was also delicious. Ambience was great too. Place was busy and we had no service issues during our visit.
The 31 Mercer Street location is no more but I enjoyed eating and drinking here with a friend of mine during a business trip AND they say they are simply relocating because of construction. It had a fun, if young vibe. Good beer.
