This place is home to my Punjabi soul.
I always Order via door dash or skip the dishes but I love their stuff
I ordered Chana Tikki
Basically Ragda Patty in Delhi Language. It was very nice the spices and everything on point.
I ordered Paneer and Garlic Naan which was so scrumptious, finger licking good.
Try them they are very nice.

I visit Brar's almost every other weekend. I love the Chole Bhature they serve out here. For the price, the quantity and quality is a steal.
Things I recommend :-
1) Chole Bhature
2) Ras Malai
3) Veg Thali
4) Samosas.
I would not recommend the Dhokla. I tried it and was pretty disappointed.
I'll update this review once i try more things on their menu.
Ok so when craving for Indian food at a reasonable rate Brars is THE place to go to! Delicious food and quick service, not to mention their quantity is so worth the price! Loved it.
A fine dine and buffet restaurant
Indian food outlet
Good taste
Great service
And great ambience
Must try for Indian Food and their bakery stuff
Great cakes
Great Thali ( platter ) offered at this location. Restaurant is pretty small and not alot room to stand and less sitting area. Food is great and the sweets are amazing. They are mainly deal with vegetarian food
Also some pics from takeout
Very nice Indian food. Cheap and best options to satisfy your hunger needs. Really enjoyed being here. Felt like in India and eating in the best resturant!!!
A very wide spread of Indian vegetarian cuisines were served for the buffet with great flavours complimenting each other at a very pocket friendly price! The sweet dishes and starters too were good! However, the Chinese noodles and Manchurian did not taste quite authentic.
Great quality food. I have never been disappointed in the food. Really recommend this location over the larger one in sauga, the quality is better for the price.
The food here isn't just great, it's addictive. Best Indian food in the GTA. The clientele is overwhelmingly Indian, so you know it's good.
Enjoyed the food. I enjoyed there tali (veggies plate) it was very good if you know what to order. I would stick with cholay, and malai kofta. It is very greasy, oily and heavy on the curry, but I enjoy my food that way. Also the chaat papri and pani puri. bhel puri is really good! The price for the amount of food you receive is amazing. I have been there several times and I love it!
This Location Only. This is the best veggie indian food I've tried, but only this location! I tried the location in missisauga and it was actually gross in comparison, the textures and tastes couldn't even compare. The saag is delicious along with their samosas. I'd recommend trying the kofta as well--so good!
In my quest for the best Punjabi food in the GTA, I found myself make the 3-transfer bus trek down to Etobicoke to dine at the famous Brar's. The establishment wasn't all that hard to find and is a short 2 minute walk from a bus stop, so it is pretty easily accessible.
Through it's narrow doors you step into a small but quaint slice of India. Like many other Indian restaurants, your senses are pleasantly overwhelmed with strong blast of aromas from the fresh spices, being used to prepare the traditional Indian meals in the back. This is offset by the lilting hints of cinnamon, sugar, saffron and ghee (clarified butter) that emanates from the large rows of colourful Indian sweets out front, on display, in all their glory, protected merely by a thin glass wall, to stop people like me from devouring them.
The restaurant itself was busy when I arrived and it took me a couple of minutes to place my order. I'd personally recommend the "Chole Bhature" (Puffed bread with spiced chickpeas) or the Vegetarian Thali (Platter) which gives you the option to chose from among different mains and sides, along with a sweet for dessert. (Strangely, this buffet system seems to be a common theme among Indian restaurants in the GTA). Their "gulab jamuns" (sweet milk solids made into balls served with a saffron syrup) in particular were very succulent and melted in my mouth, instantly taking me back to my home in India where I used to help my mother prepare these as a child.
They also have various take away options that work out to be rather economical and can be enjoyed over a couple of days.
Although the ambiance is warm and inviting, it isn't the fanciest place you'll got to by a long shot. However, the very reasonably priced food and the great dining experience more than make up for this.
Overall, this was a wonderful experience for me and is definitely worth the trek.
