A revelation. First time trying Japanese pancakes. Possibly the most delicious pancakes I've ever had. Light and fluffy and spongy. A must do in the market if you can get a seat! Que can be long at the weekend.
Love the pancakes here. They were perfectly, light, fluffy and not too sweet. The ambiance is nice as well! Better than Fuwa Fuwa on Bloor IMO.
The new trend? Fluffy soufflé pancakes! It was a long wait to taste this sweet breakfast treat, but they were very good. I enhanced the original by opting for my soufflé pancakes to be covered in creamy custard sauce with a caramelized surface. This is what made it special, for me.
