Super all around! First time having dinner here last night with my husband and we were extremely pleased. A small cozy clean authentic Mexican restaurant operated by a friendly family. My first thought after checking out the menu, wow! very reasonable prices. My husband had the Steak a la Nayarita and I had the Nacho Fiesta and the homemade Horchata drink. Entire order was delicious. Large serving portions and the steak was prepared to my husband's liking. The Horchata drink was perfectly mixed; the sweetness and cinnamon flavor are just the right amount. We were absolutely full and satisfied. So full that we had to go for a walk and came back to order the Churros to take to our grandson. He loved every bite and the three different sauces included. Looking forward to trying other items on their menu in the near future. For any of you who enjoy authentic Mexican food, this is a must try place. You won't regret it. Delicious food at extremely reasonable prices.
Amazing! Fresh Mexican food that is authentic (not your Taco Bell) - which is hard to find. Extremely friendly service and quick. I only wish they would get a larger space for more dine-in options. Nonetheless, If you are looking for quick, fresh, authentic Mexican food - definitely check out Mexico Lindo. Make sure to try their guacamole too!
This food is amazing!! wow wow wow! this restaurant is family run and has the best food in Toronto! Its a Friday night favourite! I love it!
Simple but Excellent food!! Prices are good and can accommodate most diets. Recommend the horchata and the guacamole.......................
I recently discovered that i really really like Mexican food but to my misfortune, I live in Scarborough where the closest thing to Mexican is Taco Bell .-.
Needless to say, I was super thrilled to find this place just 15 mins away from my place. This place is tiny, suitable for take outs. They also serve you chip and salsa while you wait which is pretty awesome. The food is amazingly good. I have tried all the combos till now and haven't been disappointed till now. This place has become my go to 'treat yo self' place :)

Love this place! From the "Hols Amigas!" as I enter to the food and sweetness of the server, I love it!They give you a try of hot fresh chips and salsa when you arrive. I usually have the Chicken Chimichanga which is wonderful, but this time I had the Taco Salad....OMG...huge!! It is filled with their house salad, your choice of meat(s), cheese, salsa, beans....the list goes on!
This is a little restaurant with good Mexican-style food where you get to taste basic typical flavors without anything "sophisticated" going on.
The portion sizes are reasonable enough to feel happy about it. The only disappointment we had was that they didn't have soup that day.
Service was very friendly and diligent but, since there was only one person taking care of the guests, there was some time-lag.
The place has just a handful of tables and there's not much atmosphere going on except from some curious decoration pieces and paintings replicas on the walls. Basically, what you see in the photos is exactly what you get.
We actually dined in and it was OK to but, I rather recommend you to order for takeout or, at least, to come by knowing that you might not found seating and, if you do, it's not a place to hang out for long.
So, if you're looking for a "quick" and affordable fix of decent Mexican food, I think this place can definitely do the job.
We love Mexican food and after reading reviews on this page thought it was worth a 25 minute drive to Agincourt through a rather dreary, rainy December evening. And so it was! Gustavo (from México DF) welcomed us warmly and made some suggestions. I was looking forward to pozole but they were out of it (at 8:30 pm---a good sign). After ordering a daily special and a Special Nacho we learned that he also had "authentic Mexican drinks---horchata and agua de jamaica. We ordered one each. The horchata was delicious, the agua de jamaica (hibiscus flower water) was sweeter than we usually tasted in Mexico. The plates arrived, steaming fresh, and marvellously aromatic. The aromas did not belie the tastes. Everything was delicious and flavourful. There is room to seat about 16 people at 5 tables. We were fortunate to be the only diners who ate "in" but 8 or ten people came by for take-out while we were eating. We're glad we made the drive and you will be too.
Mexico Lindo has typical mexican food such as burritos, taco and quesadilla options. I've been here a few times and have enjoyed their food.
Atmosphere - not the best atmosphere as it is a very small place with a few tables. This place is better for take out but there is space if you decide to dine in. It doesn't look fancy or may not seem like a place you'd want to eat at.
Food - The food is delicious. They make the food according to how you want it. The owner is very friendly and will ensure you have a good time there. I got the chicken burrito with beans, rice and a small side salad. I tend to get extra hot sauce since I like my spicy food. The rice had a light flavour. The sauces were very delicious and added to the mexican flavours.
A teeny tiny perfect little spot for over the top food and service!
Not only authentic but delicious!! No more fast food --- now we go for fab food!
Great food and excellent, friendly service. The tamarind juice was tasty. The mole was also tasty, but if you're not that adventurous with spices, you may want to try something else.
Great and super super tasty dishes! The server who always serves us is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I always have their tacos and they are always consistently tasty, just like my first visit to Mexico Lindo! Tiny place, hidden gem, and I will go back to that place every time I crave Mexican food!
I wasn't sure what to expect when my hubby took me for what he called "the best Mexican food ever!" Totally unassuming the location, this place was a total surprise!! Fresh guacamole made right in front of us! And honestly, THE BEST Mexican food I've been had! Their beef chimichanga is out of this world! You must try this place! You will thank me later ;)
WOW! Was looking for good Mexican food, but this was amazing. So simple and done right. Try the mole sauce.
Best Mexican food I've had in the GTA. Owners are cheery and super friendly. The food is to die for! They also carry numerous sodas from Mexico (Mexican coke is where it's at no high fructose corn syrup). Only negative is the small sit down area. A++
If your looking for good Mexican in an area flooded with generic Mexican food eateries, then go to Mexico Lindo. The service is excellent; super nice people who always greet you with a hello and goodbye. As for the food, it is delicious. My recommendation is the big burrito with beef. This is a large burrito which you can have stuffed with a variety of toppings and sauces. Oh, and i cant forget, the nachos! They are so good! But, you have to eat them quickly as they get soggy from the beef sauce very quickly. Nevertheless, dont forget ordering them to accompany your meal. All in all, go give it a try, you wont be disappointed.
