We found this restaurant while searching for a new Indian food place to eat and honestly it was the best decision. This restaurant has lovely ambiance and feels like a warm, cozy place to enjoy dinner with your family. The food was very delicious. I would describe as the Canadianized Indian food. Everything we had from the Paneer Tikka, naan, kadhi with okra was delicious. The staff here are awesome we got free dessert(gulab jamuns) as it was our first time. The overall experience was great and we would definitely visit again for yummy food.

Honestly its one of my favorites and a must go spot whenever i visit Toronto. The food served on the menu is excellent. My personal favorite is garlic cauliflower ( lehsuni gobi) & lamb rogangosh. The restaurant ambience is cozy & very inviting. Dinning at leela's is a sensory experience. The soft music playing in the background & some authentic indian food with some good wine is what i enjoyed. The hosts are amazing &They treat you with care & respect. Overall an excellent experience. Will visit soon.

We have been to Leela twice and it’s our new favourite place to take people. In fact, we had my husbands birthday dinner there with 8 people and it was perfect. The staff is always super helpful and attentive. They likely filled up my water glass 12 times over the night. The food is AMAZING!! The butter chicken is an experience, a dome of fuming charchol smoke is held over the dish until it is table side- makes a very dramatic entry!! We can also recommend the fish and shrimp dishes from the proteins section. Anything from the street food is delicious and perfect for sharing - in particular the cauliflower from that part of the menu, it’s breaded and in a red spicy sweet sauce, our table devoured it (and the second one too!!). They were so sweet to treat the birthday boy with a candle in his dessert AND gave the whole table a free round of desserts. The service here can not be beat and you will not be dissapointed. A great place to take a group, everyone can order what they want and there is always lots to go around for everyone to try some. Can’t wait to go back!!

I ordered take-out once and the butter chicken and chana masala were fantastic, even after getting a bit cold in the journey home! Last night I visited for sit-in dinner for the first time and it was lovely. The lamb rogan josh was yummy and the chicken tikka masala was too! The garlic naan was so good we had to order a second round. The staff were very friendly and service was really quick! They offered us a complementary dessert of gulab jamun. Normally I'm not a fan of this dessert but these ones were lovely! I can't wait to go back again!

Food is incredibly delicious, super tasty with a very balance level of spiciness that is just perfect. we had the chef menu and everyone at the table was really happy. The tandoori charcoal chicken was really good, but we really loved everything. Service was really good! Next time I should try with wine pairing!

Went to Leela for the first time today on the recommendation of a friend – did not disappoint! We had the butter chicken, shrimp malai curry, and saag chicken and all three were excellent. The service was stellar and the decor was nice. I'll definitely be back!
