My favorite place everywhere. This time i tried the mac and cheese balls, besides the usual sheila's salad that i keep on ordering. All was tasty, staff were so friendly and the whole experience was perfect.
5 stars on service. The server was great and had very good service experience and knowledge. We were 6 people and it’s pretty great that we only had to wait 15 mins for the table. The food here is well tasting(3.75/5). The price is reasonable and the cheesecakes are good. As I’m not a big fan of cheesecakes, I ordered the chocolate fudge cake. It was very nice. Overall 4/5. Price range - $80 for 2 people.
Have been here a couple times and they have not let me down. Lines can be long, but it's because they're that good. You're also given a buzzer so you can walk around the mall to kill time until your table is ready.
Portion sizes are huge and food quality is excellent. Servers are extremely polite and try to go the extra mile to keep you happy.
And of course the cheesecake. So many varieties, all so good. Can be a little pricey but so worth it. I always end up buying a extra slice to take home.
We no longer bothered with appetizers as we wanted to save room for dessert. So, we went straight for the main course. There were just too many choices it was so hard to decide. We think this may also be why orders were
I got the Stuffed Cheddar burger which was a charbroiled burger stuffed with Cheddar and American cheese. It was topped with grilled onions and served on a toasted Brioche bun. Yummy! I shared my burger with the fam so I thought I wouldn’t get full but it was quite filling!
Grandma got the Monte Cristo sandwich. The French toast had a nice crunch and was stuffed with bacon, grilled ham, eggs and cheese. It was a little on the sweet side for my taste.
Hubby got Crispy Chicken Costoletta. The chicken breast was lightly breaded and fried crispy, golden brown. It had a nice tang with the lemon sauce and served with mashed potatoes and asparagus.
The best dish, however, was the girls’ shared order of Pasta Napoletana. Not promoted by the Cheesecake Factory but I found that this dish was awarded the unhealthiest dish of 2017. But, it was SOOO GOOD. It was a meat-lover’s pizza turned into a pasta dish. It supposedly has a full daily caloric requirement in one dish (hence the “unhealthy” tag). Good thing we all shared it! It had Italian sausage, pepperoni, meatball, mushrooms bacon, garlic with a beautiful tomato sauce and served over Parmesan cream pasta. Did I already say how good it was? We have declared it to be a favourite and will order again the next time!
And as we were already treating ourselves to all the goodies, we still managed to have dessert! In the restaurant, we got the Mango Key Lime cheesecake. The mango mousse was light and was perfect to end the heavy lunch. I am not fond of desiccated coconut so I didn’t enjoy the vanilla coconut macaroon crust as well as the others.
Since we wanted to try so much more, we took home a Hershey’s chocolate bar cheesecake, Tiramisu cheesecake, and the 30th anniversary chocolate cake cheesecake.
The best food in Toronto with no comparison👍
Chicken Orange plate has an amazing taste,
Hot Spinach & Cheese Dip is a must try appetizer...
I can't judge the food because I only came with particular interest in the cheesecakes as I always used to get a slice when I crossed the border in Buffalo for shopping. I was curious whether the taste and look would be the same it was thankfully I never had any interest in the food nor do I think I will because of it's high calorie reputation. Also given the reviews it seems to be nothing short of average but got a slice of pumpkin pecan and cookie dough $10 a pop the whip cream is kind of dull the cake a sugar overload as expected but exceptional took quite awhile to get them decorated and bagged but hopefully the speed of service does improve overtime.

Toronto is still in love with its new Cheesecake Factory. It’s been open about 9 months, and there are still significant waiting times. We were going anyway to Yorkdale, and we were hoping some of hype had died down. It was a Monday evening, and the two of us arrived around 5:40. We were told the wait was about 70 minutes. In spite of that, we decided to wait, since we figured we could get some shopping done in the meantime. They hand you a pager and tell you that it only works between two stores that are approximately 100 metres on either side of the restaurant. So we gave ourselves 40 minutes to do some shopping farther away, and we stayed in the “safe” zone after that. We were paged just before the 70 minute mark.
While it is a relatively large restaurant, I believe it is smaller than most of the other locations I have been to in the US. The decor is typical Cheesecake Factory, with lots of warm brown, orange and gold tones, and opulent furnishings.
After we ordered drinks, our server brought us a basket of fresh, warm bread. There was some French Baguette, but the one that both of us liked better was the Pumpernickel, which was topped with a bit of oatmeal for texture, and had a pleasant sweetness.
SWMBO had the Chicken Enchiladas. Although the chicken itself was a tad dry, there was enough cheese and corn salsa to provide some balance. The black beans had an interesting, smoky flavour.
I ordered the Eggplant Parmesan. As a lover of eggplant dishes, I was pleasantly surprised by this dish. Slices of eggplant are layered with two cheeses (mozzarella and fontina) and then coated with breadcrumbs, to create a sealed, breaded patty. Then the patty is deep fried until the outside is crispy. Each patty was square, and about the size of a quarter pound hamburger. There were three of them on the dish, along with some al dente pesto spaghetti (a touch too underdone). Each bite was a great combination of crunch from the breading, and perfect softness of the eggplant, and gooey melted cheese. I think it would still have been a great dish with a bit of a smaller portion. This ranks up near the top with some of the best eggplant parm dishes that I have ever had.
We finished off our meal by sharing slice of Caramel Pecan Turtle Cheesecake. Yes, decadent, but oh so good.
Service was pleasant, but seemed a bit slow. After we sat down, it took about an hour and a half until we were done.
This American chain has restaurants across the globe.. Our first encounter with this place was on our trip to Dubai.. We just loved the amazing variety of cheesecakes this place has to offer which were just what a cheesecake should be.
But it may come to many as a surprise that besides cheesecakes this place serves some really really delicous food too.
This is the first time we actually skipped the cheesecakes & ordered only food & mind you the portion is HUGE!!
We even skipped the appetizers & only went for their specialities.
1- Chicken & Biscuits- This one’s a “comfort classic”.. Perfectly cooked Sauteed chicken breast covered with rich creamy pan gravy, served with mashed potatoes, veggies & the best thing “Buttermilk biscuit”.. This biscuit bread was buttery, pilllowy soft & just melt in mouth.. everytime i think of i can actually feel the taste.. yess its that good!!
2- Chicken Parmesan Sandwich- This one is another hidden gem.. i am honestly running out of words to describe it.. Tender chicken perfectly coated with parmesan breadcrumbs & deep fried.. Comes with a herbed, buttery, garlicy & cheeesy french rolls served with marinare, ketchup & fries. Just what a sandwich should be.
This place has newly opened in Toronto (North York) & actually has a wait time of 2hrs.. but trust me the wait is worth!!
A bit heavy on pocket & plus 15% tip of the total bill..but special occassions definitely call for a special treat 👍🏻😊
Even though it has been months this place opened it is still very busy. Prepare to wait a while to get a seat.
Food:
The portions are huge.
Avacado egg rolls - very delicious. It's fried Avacado roll served with this green tamarind dipping sauce. That sauce is what makes this dish delicious. It's rich with flavor! There is also a generous amount of Avacado.
Lasagna verde- huge portions. It was very delicious there was enough sauce so it didn't taste dry. There is also melted cheese in between the layers. It is one of their best and popular items on the menu.
Burger: juicy patty. The fries are OK though
Tacos: not that bad
Mango ice - perfect amount of sweetness. it's a mango/strawberry slush.
Scrumptious Sunday Candid Canada Edition;
Used to having sweet after spicy and spicy after sweet!
Nothing complements as much as contradiction and therefore this Sunday Food Mongers experienced the delight of sweet and spicy.
Spicy Chipotle Chicken Pasta, a dish that suffices the need of every spice lover.
Followed by Oreo Cheesecake, a bite is not enough; it just makes you crave for more!

LOVE The Cheesecake Factory!! Every time we are in the States we make sure to eat here at least once, and now it’s finally here in Canada! Vast menu with SO many options to choose from, but really everything we have tried was so good. The appetizers, drinks/smoothies, pasta entrées - all yum! The cheesecakes are awesome, so many to pick from and they serve a huge slice. I really enjoyed the Shrimp Scampi, a smaller portion but packed with flavor and large battered shrimp, garlic, white wine and Angel hair pasta. One of the most popular pasta dishes is the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta, shrimp and chicken sautéed with tomato, onion and peppers in a spicy Cajun sauce on top of a bed of linguine. Delicious and a big portion! For dessert we have tried the Oreo Dream Extreme, Smores Galore and 30th Anniversary cheesecakes. There are long waits for a table but it’s worth it. Tip- sit in the lounge, it’s first come first serve and will be a shorter wait than a table in the restaurant. Will be back again and again!
Nothing says comfort food like fried macaroni and cheese ($14.95), an appetizer that brings the pasta to a whole other level. While the starter was a bit salty, perhaps due to the marinara sauce, the creamy centre was nice and gooey, unlike other ones I’ve tried that contains so much pasta that it becomes dense. The molten centre goes so nicely with the crispy coating. Just share – having one ball is already enough.
The Cheesecake Factory’s “glamburger” was unexpectedly delicious, especially for delivery. My husband wrote in a request to have the Americana cheeseburger ($17.95) done medium and the thick patty was indeed a light pink upon arrival. With a rich charbroiled taste, the beef held up against all the other toppings.
Moreover, since the secret sauce, melted American and cheddar cheese, and pickles were all relatively salty, it was smart that the rest of the burger was kept neutral to balance it out. With some thinly sliced potato string for crunch, and grilled onions that
