The Armenian Kitchen has been a fave of mine for YEARS AND YEARS. I now live 2 1/2 hours away from the restaurant but when I am in Scarborough, I always make a point of stopping in AND I take food to go too. Best lentil soup around. Amazing french fries. Love the Falafel and veg plate - the list goes on!

I love this place.
Went here for a company lunch years ago and until today this place has mouth-watering Armenian food!
The meats are juicy, not dry. Unlimited pitas for the table and great service.

Only down side of going to this restaurant is that it has horrible ventilation. So you will leave this place smelling of their kitchen!

Amazing. Armenian Kitchen is my favorite place whenever I am in Scarborough, I usually order the beef/chicken shawarma party size with homemade fries, the taste always great as what we used to since long time, the chicken shawarma made from chicken breast, some time I like to have the veggie combo which is unbeatable, Falafel is so crispy and fresh, as well as Tabuleh, hummus, babaghanough and labneh.. You can always trust the quality .. All the best AK

Veg Platter with Meat. Fav thing to eat there is veg platter with either chicken or ried beef... also like the hummus with chicken or beef. Also like the lentil soup and spicy fries. THE BEST HUMMUS in town! Been going there with friends and family for years.

My Wife and I have enjoyed a lot of great dining experiences over the past few years. The food we experienced last night, though, might have been the best of the lot. Located in a strip-mall on Victoria Park Ave north of Eglinton, the Armenian Kitchen really lived up to its billing as some of the very best Middle Eastern food in the city. The place is packed with families on a Friday night, and we immediately notice that the portions/servings are huge. We start with the small Fatouche Salad. Now, I had been introduced to Fatouche at the popular Yorkville take-away Xtreme Taste (they spell it Fatoush); however, theirs has got nothing on the Armenian Kitchen’s. Diced Cucumber, Tomato, Onion, Pita Bread and Mint are tossed in a Lemony Oil, resembling more of a Horiatiki Salad w/ Pita than the Lettuce-based versions you get at other places. Amazing stuff! For our main, we decide to split the Vegetable Combo With Meat. Man, this is one heck of a plate of food. Hummus, Tabuleh Salad, Falafel, Baba Gannouj and Minced Roasted Garlic are served with your choice of Chicken of Beef Shawarma, 4 Pitas, Pickled Turnips, Tahini and a Sweet Chili Sauce with tons of kick. It basically equated to us eating a Shawarma and Falafel Sandwich each… covered with perhaps the best Hummus we have ever tasted. There’s a lot to choose from on the menu at the Armenian Kitchen, and, luckily for me, this place is 100% wife-approved for future visits. Soups, Salads, Sandwiches and Kebabs steadily stream out of the kitchen as we try to finish everything on our plate. The most popular order tends to be the Hummus to start and the Mix Party Combo Plate for a main, which is a larger serving of the dinner we had, and a combination of both Beef and Chicken Shawarma.Seeing that it’s both licensed and only a short drive from our place in East York, we will be returning to the Armenian Kitchen very, very soon. Who’s coming with us?
