I had heard about a lot of their burgers and wanted to visit this place for a long time. So, finally made a visit to one of their outlets on Adelaide street. Their burgers are definitely worth a try. I tried “The Option” burger. It’s a great choice for vegetarians. The patty was made up of portobello Mushrooms with oozy gooey cheese inside it. Alongside, I also tried their fresh cut fries and Jarge Shake. The fries were crispy and tasted very good. The shake was very average for my taste buds though. The staff at the counter was quite friendly and the order came pretty quick. It is a self service restaurant. I would definitely recommend their burgers for sure.
MY FAVOURITE BURGER PLACE IN TORONTO. Try their cheese buns. You will not be upset. Forget about their fries, though. They're something to be desired.
Simple delicious hearty hamburgers at this joint although I am not exactly sure what the name is all about. It seems that burgers are making a comeback because burger joints are everywhere.
Came here with my brother in law before a Jays game. He said this is a must-stop burger place in Toronto. Had the California Burger - gotta say it was very unique, and good! Unique in that the bun is cut, basted in butter and then grilled - which added to the flavour (and mess .... which makes a good burger, right?). The meat is moist and very tasty. I am giving it a 4/5 for two reason - price for burger was moderate ($7.85), but the chocolate shake (which I am always a sucker for) was overpriced, small and ok at best ($5). Suggestion ... go for the burgers and save your $ by buying a pop. Enjoy!
Tried "The Priest" and was definitely impressed. The sauce is super tasty and the battered mushroom was flavorful with a crispy coating!
Definitely worth trying. The shake was just okay, the banana flavor is a bit thin and the banana tastes kind of artificial.
Slightly more upmarket burger chain experience. Great fries, awesome milkshakes and the cheesiest, juiciest burgers offer the perfect accompaniment to the off the wall ecclesiastical decor. Very old testament, but I was smitten.

I have been wanting to go to this place for months and when I ate here, I was extremely content with my choice.
I ordered the Holy Smoke's burger. It is on their secret menu and had beef patties with jalapeños on it.
This was one of the best burgers I ever tried. There was a huge line up but I received my food in about 15 minutes.
I really liked this place but right at the end of my meal, I looked up to the ceiling and noticed there were spider webs with flies right above my table. I had already downed my burger and when I looked down at my table there was a dead fly on it.
I'm sure if they just gave the ceiling a quick dust that problem would be gone.
I also noticed they had no condiments out. I prefer to enjoy my french fries with mayonnaise, but when I went to the counter, there was no mayo to be found. There was a swarm of people waiting for their burgers, so I did not want to wait more time in line. The fries, however, were delicious without mayo so there are no complaints there.
This is definitely one of the best burger joints I've been to. I would have given it a higher rating if it wasn't for the flies problem.
Great burger place. The beef patty is juicy, the buns are soft, and the toppings combo distinguish this chain from all others. Limited seating area. Next time I'm gonna add cheesy fries and see if that takes it up a notch.
I love this place! Came here with Pardis Parhizgar and we shared a side of chilli fries and got cheese burgers. Super yummy and filling! I will definitely come back.

What is it about melted cheese that makes many people go "Mmmmmmmm"?
A new location of The Burger's Priest has opened up on Adelaide St W, about a block and a half west of University Ave. There was a lineup out the door at lunchtime, even at 12:45 pm. It took about 20 minutes before I could place my order, and another 15 to get the order ready. Opening frenzy or will this be the expected wait at lunchtime?
I ordered the Priest with fries. The Priest is a single burger with cheese, that also comes with the "Option". The Option is a portobello mushroom cap filled with a cheese blend, breaded and deep fried, so that the cheese is all melty. Mmmmmmmm!

I'm born again into the Church of food, thanks to the baptism that was the food at Burger Priest.
Burger Priest is a local legend ans hot tourist spot to go grab a bite. I was sent here by some locals and fellow foodies.
So, how was the food?
Banger.
The burger was biblical when it comes to taste, the fries unmatched. They were so good to the point I couldn't stop, I wanted to order more.
I haven't had fresh cut fries taste this good in a long time.
The restaurant vibes were on point too.
My only gripe was the wait, so come prepared to do that. We waited 20 minutes in line to order, then another 20 for food.
Was it worth it? Yes, because nothing else was really open at 1am on a weekday.
Would I wait that long again? No, not for myself at least, I would for a new comer or a new friend checking it out.
The experience is worth the wait.
Additionally noted is there is no wheelchair or accessibility friendly entrance, which disappointed me.
Overall great and I do recommend.
Prompt friendly and professional service. My fries and California burger (thanks for the extra pickles added)were served hot and fresh. The secret sauce was good with the meat mix. No complaints! Happy face and tummy last night for dinner w/fam & friends!!
Based on other reviews this place seems to be hit or miss. Not sure why the restaurant replied to all the reviews except the one about the raw cold burger. Either way, my experience was great. Place was dead after lunch, got the bacon double cheese burger. It tasted amazing.
Burger's priest is my fave. I love the chicken lo priest burger and the fresh cut fries are always beyond satisfying! The pricing is also incredibly reasonable. Two of these beauty chicken sandwiches and a huge fresh cut fry for $20.. and they're both delicious! Can't be beat.

Best fries in the planet, finally available fresh again with dine-in being an option. Try the secret sauce in your burger as a side (just so you can also taste the burger on its own) . This branch also is the only one with proper space to sit, and service is great (can't say the same of other branches, and I tried a few). Make no mistake and come here
One of the best burger I ever had! It was fresh, hot and just perfect for my taste. I had the double grilled cheese burger and the portion size was more than enough. The customer service is quick and friendly. Also, their shakes are my favourite. They are so thick and a treat in itself. Highly recommended for enjoying the best burgers.
