Very disappointing broth. No flavor, broth just taste like they used milk instead of pork bone to make the soup.
Tsukemen, dried dipping noodle was fine except it was drenched in sesame oil and sesame seeds.
THIS IS NOT AUTHENTIC JAPANESE RAMEN. SHAME.

I ordered Pork Spicy Garlic ramen, tasty. Sitting was somewhat small, right next to others. I should not forget to add some toppings next time.

I have found the soup to be a little less thick, a little less robust than you would expect - I don't want to say watered down, but it doesn't have that rich mouthfeel that you should expect from good Tonkotsu.
Its convenient and consistent.
