I highly recommend this place to anyone celebrating a special occasion or looking for fine dining. The relaxing ambiance of the restaurant made my experience an unforgettable one. The chandaliers are gorgeous and breath taking! The food was spectacular with lots of attention to detail had been made.
I had the Australian Lamb Rack which had a honey dijon pecan crust which was very tasty and filling. I would highly recommend the “maple bacon brussel sprouts" for a side, you will not be disappointed. Armend, the server was polite, prompt and service he provided was A1. The owner, Victor, ensured that our experience was a great one. He was very kind to bring out two complimentary desserts for the occasion with sparklers. I will return again to try the Japanese Waygu in the future.

I was planning a Sunday night out with my hubby and originally looking for a dinner venue down town TO like we usually do. I stumbled onto this gem online as I was not aware it existed. THANK YOU GOOGLE!!!! ... and what do you know, right in my Mississauga Neighbourhood an upscale steakhouse. I hope this place stays around for a long time.... it's great to have it so close to home. Gorgeous setting great knowledgeable staff and the food... let's just say I rarely order steak as it's never done to my liking but we came to the steakhouse cuz my husband loves steaks. My 6oz Tenderloin came out at it's finest, medium done just the way I like it. Meat was so tender, not bloody and yet not over cooked..... YAY!!!! The side dishes were bursting with flavor. And the creme brulee & tiramisu to die for. Loved the whole experience, top notch. Wine selection was Good, but I can live with that.

Beautiful restaurant, the people were very “interesting” - and the food was fantastic... it was a dining experience like no other.
My wife ordered the bass & lobster tail (which wasn’t on the menu) and I ordered the USDA prime strip loin - Chicago style, which came a touch over cooked from the medium that I had ordered.
I really do this, but I ended up sending the steak back as it was a little tough.
Not only did the owner come over and personally apologize, he ended up replacing both our meals even though we were halfway through - including the appetizers we had ordered - this time the steak was done to perfection.
All in all it was a great experience and we would definitely go back.
This is my second time eating at this restaurant and it doesn't disappoint. The service is world class and I highly recommend coming here. Also, try the sticky cake you won't regret it.
I ate the bison tenderloin with a blueberry accent and it was very good. A little small but I enjoyed the flavours. Best steak in the city.

The best steak I've had!!!! Excellent atmosphere for a fine dining experience. Our server Ian was on point and knew everything about the wide variety of steaks they have and Victor came and talked to us for a bit making sure everything was perfect and insight on the steakhouse business. I will be back!!!
Our fist visit to 17 Steakhouse and the food was incredible. The service was fantastic and Victor stopped by our table frequently to see that everything was fine. I highly recommend this fabulous dining venue. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is amazing. Victor brought us dessert samplers that were out of this world. We highly recommend I 17 Steakhouse!

My husband and I had an amazing birthday dinner at 17 last night. Amazing food and service. Highly recommend this hidden gem. As soon as you walk in the door you know you are entering a special place. Modern, romantic, cool, gorgeous - you need to see it to believe this place is on Dixie road.

Food is nothing short of perfection in every way (including the way it was cooked, temperature and taste). The service was also excellent. Everything we ordered was absolutely tasty. I can’t wait to come back when I’m craving a nice night out to enjoy some good food.
We went there for friends birthday. From the beginning we were treated like royalty. The server was knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. He came many times to check on us. We ordered scallops and oysters for starters. Both were delicious and done to perfection. Maybe I would hold off on salt. The main courses - rack of lamb, Arctic char and risotto were absolutely delicious and served beautifully. I ordered souvinion blanc with my fish, but it was not the best. The dessert and coffee were perfect. We spend few hours at the restaurant, we felt looked after, amazing service and attentiveness. Thank you to the manager and Miles for making our celebration unforgettable. Will recommend the place to all my foodie friends.

This is my second time returning to this restaurant and I'd highly recommend. Incredible customer service, delicious food and, great ambience. It can be pricey depending on what you order but, it's nothing out of the realm of what's expected for a restaurant of this caliber. Don't let the outside surroundings fool you, this place is a hidden gem.
This review is from February 11th. Had reservations booked for a party of 8 and when we got there we were given a private room which was very nice!. The only negative I have with this place is that on that date there was water dripping from the ceiling and it was dropping close to where one of our guys were sitting. Obviously out of control from the restaurant, but should definitely take better measures to fix them If you are going to book out the room. The management gave us some complimentary shots on the house so that was nice of them. Food wise everything was amazing. I had the US prime ribeye which was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. The sides are very big and you can definitely share them with a bunch of people. Since we were celebrating a few birthdays we had some desserts and the creme brule was amazing! Definitely would come back here.

I returned this time my family to celebrate my son's 21st birthday.
My son and I both had Alberta sirloin. Served blue and rare they were cooked to perfection.
Asparagus, broccoli, fried calamari and Rissoto were added to the meal.
I would return just to eat risotto and nothing else. It is some beyond flavour. It's literally an experience to eat.
Our service was second to none. Julie our server and the host ensured our glasses were never empty.

We have shared alot of special moments and Anniversaries at this restaurant and it has a special place in our hearts & memories. Thank You To Everyone at 17 Steakhouse, we will definitely see you all again soon.
Highly professional and attentive staff. Wonderful presentation and food (look how they did with the lemon to catch the seeds!!) Love the sear scallop and brussels sprout.
The atmosphere was great. Beautifully decorated, and choice of music was splendid.
The food was good - loved the 8 onz American sirloin. The reason I rate it 4/5 is due to our server being inattentive to us. We also didn’t get any sort of engagement. The experience was literally us ordering, the server asking if the food is ok, and then the bill. Similarly, I didn’t like how many servers, including the bartender, were working maskless. I understand we are at the end of the pandemic but we did feel a little uncomfortable especially when they came to our table and we had our masks off as well.
