Absolutely love this restaurant. Great place for lunch or dinner. Incredible venue for groups and parties. Unlike other restaurants downtown they don't require a deposit or family style menu. They have prix fixe menus at different price points to cater to a wide range of dietary preferences. Their service is top notch. I always try to select this venue for any work related or personal events from just their service alone. The food is also delicious, in the wide range of dishes I've tried in all my visits. I'd highly recommend, their mushroom risotto and their lamb shank. For dessert, a slice of their pecan pie with ice cream is highly recommended.

Went for winterlicious at lunch and the food was very flavorful. I had the escargot with fusili (app) and maple glazed salmon with corn and bacon risotto as the main. Both I really enjoyed! Wasn't sure about bacon in risotto but the flavors were so good. The space is tight or cozy you could say. The service was very attentive though. I would try again!

Came here for a Winterlicious lunch. Everything was quite good, minus the tenderloin meatloaf which had a grainy texture that was a bit dry. The highlight was definitely the duck confit. The demiglaze is excellent. The dessert feature was a warm banana bread with ice cream. They added some syrup over the banana bread that made it overly sweet. The service was wonderful as well.

A cozy French-inspired restaurant that's been a staple on Baldwin Street. The service was very good. The floor manager was present and attentive, and the servers were quick and checked our table often (and unobtrusively) to refill water. The atmosphere was intimate, though the tables were a bit too cramped. The food was very good, and definitely excellent for the price point. We ordered off the $23 prix fix menu during Winterlicious. Appetizer: Rabbit Terrine The rabbit terrine was carefully seasoned and served with fresh bread and a sweet tomato chutney. Main: Duck Confit The duck confit was served with cassoulet. The duck itself was a bit too salty.. but in a good way, as it balanced out the beans nicely. Desert: Chocolate Mouse The chocolate mouse was delightful. The chocolate flavour really popped out, and the bitterness was balanced perfectly with the sweet. I would definitely recommend this restaurant as it hits all the right notes: Very good service, very good food, and very good price.

Tried the lunch prix fixe menu on a Thursday. Started off with the warm grilled calamari in a tomato dressing. The entree was the lamb burger with grilled radish and ended off with the crème brûlée. Quality food and service was pleasant. Definitely worth checking out!

Had an excellent patio brunch here. Service was warm and friendly, food was delicious. The croissant with the eggs Benedict was a nice twist. There were also fixed price deals, would definitely try those next time.
