A great place to have lunch or dinner. Perfect service, you do not have to keep calling the waiter, make every request for the tablate . I recommend
Went to this place in 2013 and really enjoyed it. Came back to it Oct 1st, booked a reservation and was seated within minutes. The service was superb, the sushi was excellent and the green tea so fresh...if you want a really good sushi place go here. Even if it's packed, it's worth the wait. Right after 12:00 is the best time to go.
Fantastic place! Great atmosphere, quick and friendly service. Our food was delicious. Would highly recommend!
All you can eat japanese and thai cuisine, a great way to try something different. Fairly priced, the service is fast and you are not rushed while ideal if you pressed by time!
Nice decent food, fast service, a little bit noisy for my taste but I guess is because it was full. It was a nice experience overall, i will definitely go back
My compliments to the chefs at Spring Sushi! We dined there for the first time last night and were amazed at how quickly all of our food came out. Everything tasted fresh, hot, and delicious! We will definitely recommend to any friends visiting the Toronto area!
Very quick service and good quality food. I got the eel sushi and it was delicious, totally recommend it.
great atmosphere~ lot of varieties to choose from for the dinner menu. food quality was very tasty and yummy!
As always everything is very fresh and good, we will come again and we'll bring more friends with us

It's really yummy and affordable for family
Been going to this place since the third day it was open. Went yesterday for my wife's birthday. It was excellent as usual!
Taste is amazing. Excellent view, with amazing service. Can't wait to try it again.
Adorei o lugar. Comida rápida e de qualidade. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. Ponto positivo para as recepcionistas.
Great food! Great Service! Amazing patio! I'm hooked!
What a great AYCE sushi experience!!!
My friends and I went there on a Saturday night during the month of August. We had a reservation since we heard this place could get packed fast.
Upon arrival, the hostess told us that we had 1h30 to eat since they have two different services. It was more than enough time, since their service is so quick!! The restaurant itself is very modern and the rooftop is decorated with plants everywhere, it felt very soothing.
The food is to be ordered on an iPad, and you barely have time to send your order for them to bring it to you. It is pretty surprising, considering how big the restaurant is and how many people they have to serve at the same time.
Everything we had was delicious, from the soups to the salads, to the sushis, to the grill or even the tempura items. The view on the rooftop is pretty cool, although hidden by bid buildings around.
My only issue is that they didn't have low sodium soy sauce, but despite that everything was delicious.
The waiters are very helpful, very quick and friendly. The price is totally worth it.
Just amazing sushi. The white Tina scorched sushi restaurant as fabulous. So fresh. Excellent and friendly service. Will definitely be back.
I've tried a lot of average places for sushi and got almost fed up of trying sushi until I visited this awesome restaurant. Probably of the best sushi restaurants in Toronto, with their whole slew options to choose from. Almost all of their dishes were lip smacking and can't stop asking for more. You can order through their tablets and the dishes are served within minutes of your order. Highly recommended place for food lovers!
Before I begin, let state up front that I'm new to sushi. My review will be no where close to an experts opinion.
Talking about the place, I liked the setup and the ambiance.. it has a lot of tables and you can easily plan a big event.
I like how they use tabs to order food.
We went for the all you can eat option and ordered loads of appetizers and sushi.
Overall I was very happy with the food and safe to say melona ice cream bars have found a new customer 😅
Will definitely visit again.
A unique dining experience. Order via a tablet and eat all you want. The dishes were great overall but due to mass production, the quality is not the best on all the dishes - nothing worse than a sushi roll falling apart while being picked up. You can order other dishes besides sushi. When in a large group coordinate your selection otherwise you could land up with bowels and bowels of endamame beans 😁
2017.11.06. Our first day in Toronto. We arrived Toronto International Airport from Calgary Airport around 3 pm. By the time arrived downtown Toronto (Our Final Destination Hotel), It was already 5 pm. We were so hungry. We haven’t eaten anything since the morning. After dropped off the suitcase, we began to seek food for our first dinner in Toronto now.
After we left the hotel, my boyfriend took me to the Spring Sushi Restaurant, which is located nearby his company. The restaurant has so many locations in downtown Toronto. The one we’ve been in Yonge Dundas Square. Because of right at the dinner time, there were lots of people in this restaurant. Inside the restaurant is nice and clean. The waitresses and servers all wear the uniform. We had to wait outside for a few minutes, but it was very fast. About 5 -10 minutes waiting, a waitress led us to our table and passed an Ipad to us for food ordering. This is an all you can eat restaurant. The customers have to order their own food via Ipad menu. All the dishes on the digital menu have prices and images, which are very convenience for people to make their choice of the food.
A few minutes after we ordered food on the Ipad, Our orders came out from the kitchen. All food was fresh and well cooked with medium portions. The taste of the food was decent. Comparing with many other all you can eat sushi, this restaurant has a great food quality and very peaceful environment. The servers were nice and friendly. By accident, my boyfriend ordered too many same special rolls. The server helped us to return some of them back to the kitchen. The prices of the food are around average. $28.99 per Adults after 3 pm. In summary, It was a great experience at Spring Sushi. Highly Recommend !
While the sushi here isn't spectacular, it's quite good for an AYCE place, and the price for weekday lunch is very reasonable.
The restaurant has a pretty light atmosphere, which is great for small groups, and the service is quite quick.
Overall great experience. Ordering on one iPad for a large group wasn't very convenient. Service was prompt and food brought out relatively quickly. Convenient location as well.
Unforgettable:
I don't talk much about ambiance unless it either floors me or revolts me. This place did the former. The lighting, the music, the decor and the view make this a place that deserves to be sit in while enjoying a meal. Now for the food. The only way to get a good benchmark of any place such as this is to go for an "all you can eat" which is what I did. The variety made me apprehensive about the quality but a few bites of salmon roll later I felt more confident. I had 17 different varieties including dessert and I can still name most of them! The white tuna, snapper, roe sushi roll, spicy salmon, salmon sashimi, and avocado-cucumber rolls stand out as my favourites. Succulent salmon which absorbs flavours while retaining texture and a snapper which had its own unique taste heightened the experience. Matcha ice cream and a coconut dessert sealed the evening as one of my best outings.
As All You Can Eats go (AYCE) the lunch deal at SS works out to be pretty darn amazing.
Getting a table on Saturday afternoon is a mission so consider yourself to be if lucky enough if you get one in 20-30 mins because it's so worth it.
The concept is cool where you use an iPad to order your dishes and then confirm the order by getting the staff to finalise the order.
All the dishes are good especially the grilled meats like sirloin, short rib etc. The fried rice is also good and I really enjoyed the sweet and sour pork. Unfortunately they don't have sashimi but everything else makes up for it. The selection is extensive and everything tastes awesome. The fried calamari was also very good as was the other fried items.
The food is fresh and doesn't make you feel lethargic at all.
The green tea and mango ice creams were superb as well.
This place is a must dine at no matter what time and when.
Love this place. Food is very good and i absolutely love the sushi. Very unique place as well, since you order your food through an ipad. Also has a different variety and things to choose from.
You order through an iPad here. What I thought was interesting was that there was a small Thai section as well. Spring sushi has a fairly large menu to choose from, and now has a few blowtorched items as well.
As with most ayce places, not all your orders may come so you may have to reorder. Also, a bunch of thr items come in one piece so make sure to check your order quantity.
I did enjoy the food but it is also very pricy on a weekend. However, it is still a decent option if you are craving ayce in the downtown area.
I first ate here when I was just a tourist and I loved it, now I am a regular customer that enjoys eating all you can eat sushi with friends almost every weekend. The Ipad menu system is a nice touch, waiters and waitresses are always very polite and attentive. Although the place is always crowded, service is fast and I normally do not have to wait too long to get a table. Food is really good, I would not say perfect because there are some dishes that are lame, but since the menu is big and varied, you can always try something different. It has a nice atmosphere. My only "complain" would be the seats, some tables have uncomfortable chairs and benches.
noisy restaurant even in weekdays noon. good enough all you can eat menu. the waitress there are not very helpful and sometimes make me feel like in a traditional Chinese restaurant.
This place always seems to be so packed! I'm very impressed with the serving girls and boys. I did not see even one dragging their feet or walking by without something in their hand. The food was delicious and I love the touch-pad ordering system. It made the entire dining experience so efficient and turned tables around quickly. It also eliminates pricing discrepancies since everything is clearly stated upon the time you order. This is a must go every time I visit the GTA. This is, however, a casual, face-paced dining atmosphere. I would not recommend going if you want a quiet, slow, date night.
located in AMC building on dundas square makes it really convenient.
they also have a patio too.i always sit inside by the window in the winter (enjoying the view of snowy dundas square)
or snag a table on the patio in the summer (enjoying the sushi with some good beers :) )the price is pretty reasonable for AYCE sushi ( but not on the weekend though, their weekend price is crazy expensive!)the only downside is sometimes you have to remind the servers about your orders because sometimes they are pretty forgetful, even though we order through Ipad.
well understandable, since the place is always packed.
The sushi was great and the prices were reasonable. Buy a-la-cart instead of all you can eat ,the all you can eat prices were a bit too high in my opinion. I went with a friend and bought a-la-cart & ended up being full and only spent $27 together.
The sushi was fresh with a great selection. The buffet is a bit pricy on a weekend so I do recommend to visit on a weekday. Spring sushi has a spacious location though with lots of staff. A great patio to enjoy a summery weather but apparently they don't serve the all you can eat menu on the patio. Another draw back is that you cannot share your" all you can eat" sushi with friends if they don't go with the same menu.
This place is my go-to AYCE sushi place downtown Toronto. It delivers consistent sashimi and sushi quality, and the iPad interface is extremely efficient. I like how new menu items are added regularly, and also the service is pretty good. Be warned that weekend nights are the priciest, and this includes fridays. Lunches are a good deal, but of course no sashimi. General mishaps for eating at AYCE sushi applies: missing orders, miscounted orders, wrong orders, some rolls have too much rice, or you order and it never comes until the end. The iPads help in documenting the history of your orders, so you just need to clarify it with the server. Would definitely recommend to anybody, and if its summer, the rooftop patio is pretty nice as well.
Good spot in Dundas Square. It is a great deal for the AYCE ($25 per person during the week). You order food through iPads without the need to wait for someone. If are able to get a table close to the window, you can enjoy a great view of Dundas Square
I really like the iPad and the atmosphere here. They are really bad for not bringing you things you order towards the end of your meal though. They've also made the portions a lot smaller since the last time I visited. A decent sushi place downtown to try though!
As a sushi lover, I love this place! Great food, huge menu, modern atmosphere. Been here countless times and I have very few complaints. Only con I'd say is they sometimes bring your wrong order but the staff is always quick to apologize and fix the slip up that's been made. The food always tastes fresh and mouthwatering. And as a student, it's always a huge plus point that they have a student discount!
I love this place! Cheap prices for amazing food, their salmon is always made to perfection. Such fast service and very nice staff, iPads add a nice touch! It's always my go to spot, and would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants a tasty meal at a good price!
Innovative concept, quick service, mediocre sushi. A popular student hang-out, you use iPads to order food, which is pretty neat. A server is quick to attend once you submit your order, and food follows shortly after. The menu is rather small for an AYCE sushi restaurant. Sushi and food are mediocre, but decent for an AYCE establishment. Would recommend for the experience and quick service.
Good food. I've stopped going to AYCE japanese food places for months now as they were getting a bit predictable and unimpressive across the board. Spring Sushi was a nice surprise! They have an extensive menu, everything tasted good, and the food arrived promptly even on a very crowded night. We had a large party of 10+ and almost everything we ordered came. I would recommend the takoyaki, the mango salad, coconut shrimp, all the sashimi (fresh and big portioned), sushi pizza, and even the pad thai.
Oishi Sushi. The environment is exceptional while the food is absolutely mouth watering! I simply had a wonderful experience at Spring Sushi! The food was excellent and the service was pretty top notch, the only thing that slightly bothered me was that sometimes the menu's would be a bit complicated, but overall it's definitely a place that I will return to more often!!
Beautiful view of Dundas square, good service and music. Price was reasonable for all you can eat $16.99 per person before 3pm. Food was small portion but tasty so order more than you usually would. Pretty cool using the iPad for ordering.
Best AYCE sushi I have been to so far. MB rating 7!
Well, Paul has said it all :) the restaurant is very modern. Washrooms are very clean. Servers and hosts are not only friendly but they are also attentive. The atmosphere and the color choices of the walls and ceiling definitely makes this place desirable for a pleasant lunch or dining experience :)
Make sure to stop by and try some delicious salmon rose sushi....
A Very Nice Restaurant. This new restaurant is located on the 5th floor of a building overlooking Yonge Dundas Square. Previously, a Chinese buffet had been in that spot.To those of us who remember the old "Sam the Record Man" store, the building is located where that wonderful store used to be.
The entrance is on the 4th floor next to the movie theatre. The south facing window has a great view of Yonge Dundas Square and downtown. The outdoor patio is high above Yonge Street. The decor is modern. It is a joint effort by the owner of Hamilton's highly rated Spring Sushi and the owners of GTA's 168 Sushi. For the record, I know the owners of 168 Sushi very well but do not know the owner of Hamilton's Spring Sushi.
The menu is probably similar to that of Spring Sushi in Hamilton, featuring Japanese and Thai items. When I was there, I had the All You Can Eat Lunch. I only had 1 sushi dish. Instead, I concentrated on the kitchen items as most of them were new to me. I had a very enjoyable meal once I figured out how to order using the ipad like tablet menu. Since I am over 65, lunch cost $12.99. Age has its benefits.
The AYCE lunch costs $14.99 and dinner costs $25.99. The seniors prices are $12.99 and $21.99.
All-you-can-eat sushi??? This is unheard of! I was super excited once we got there. Our order amount quickly rose to 58 in the first twenty minutes
The all you can eat option, the ease of ordering through iPads and the modern look and views overlooking Dundas Square make this a fun place to go. The service is friendly and fun and dinner selection offers a good variety. If you can, snag a table by the window.
The food came very quickly but the sushi's quality was a little bit off. They should have tighten their sushi a bit better. The staffs are very attentive. Overall experience was good.
About: Spring Sushi is an AYCE that is housed in the same building as the Cineplex Odeon Yonge & Dundas Cinemas. As for location, it's conveniently located steps away from the Eaton's Center. Atmosphere/Decor: Our group of four arrived for our 6:00 pm reservation. We didn't wait too long for a table to clear. I thought that the overall décor was very modern and clean looking. Price: My friends and I went on a Thursday night so it was $23.99 per person. For weekends, and holidays; you'd need to add $2.00 more to the adult prices. Compared to other nearby downtown AYCE, some may find the prices at Spring Sushi to be a little steep. Menu: One of the great appeals of Spring Sushi is the novelty of using iPads to order. The iPads are available at every table and the orders are sent directly to the kitchen staff. I know of a couple of other AYCE that have also implemented the uses of iPads for taking orders as it does somewhat speed up the processes and also allows the restaurants to digitally showcase their menu. Spring Sushi's execution by using the iPads was pretty decent as the interface was both easy to use and the pictures were colorful. Food: Spring Sushi offers the typical AYCE fare but their menu was a little more extensive than others as they also have Thai and special sushi dishes. Their sushi and sashimi offering was decent and edible, but the rice in the sushi had a rather overly wet texture. Additionally, I thought that the cooked food was either a hit or miss. I enjoyed a majority of their grilled and deep fried dishes. However, their take on Thai dishes such as pad thai, satay skewers and coconut shrimp was just not very good. For example, the pad thai lacked immense flavor, and the noodles was excessively wet and soft. Although, I was happy that the servings weren't too big so that my friends and I were able to try out multiple dishes. Service: We ran into a minor problem with the iPads during our second round of ordering as we didn't receive half of our orders. We flagged down a waiter and he apologized for the inconvenience, and promptly took down our orders by hand. I thought that the staff were attentive and efficient as our water was being refilled throughout the night and our empty plates were taken away right away.
This is a trendy all you can eat Sushi affair. They have expanded their menu to include some Chinese and Thai items such as fried rice and Pad Thai items on their iPad menus. The digital menus work quite well in this environment especially when your party is fighting for it to add their items for this round of orders. The sushi and sashimi are quite fresh which will leave you satisfied. Some other items of interest that I recommend are their beef rolls and spicy salmon skin sushi. That is some yummy for the tummy! A lunch buffet will cost you roughly $20 with tax + tip so be prepared.
We had lunch here. It was worth visiting this restaurant. The tables are pretty spacious. A lot of sunlight makes the place well-lit and fresh. The place is super busy during weekends.
We tried a bunch of sushi .. all were super delicious .. top quality. Desserts are a must-try.. especially sweet buns 😋.
The service is good and pretty fast. The tables get clean frequently. The staff is polite and pays attention to the customer requests. Extra star for the “all you can eat Sushi “ menu which is extensive 🤩

I have to say spring-sushi is guaranteed to be the best sushi restaurant you could go to all you can eat. It’s so fresh your test buds will explode!
They are very fast at delivering orders to your table as well. I recommend anyone who is a sushi fan to come eat here I just wish they had shrimp dumplings.!! Much better then (k&b august 8 heart sushi)🤤😋😋🤤
Spring Sushi is AMAZING. The view is 10/10. They have a huge range of options of sushi and sides. Service is quick and friendly. It’s a little pricey here but the quality of the food is very good.
So delicious. Very fast service. So much to choose from. 90min sitting limit. Quiet expensive dinner at 36.99 per person, additional 2.00 on weekend/holidays
But for a great meal with a cool vibe, it's totally worth it!! 👌
Spring Sushi is the BEST place for all you can eat sushi in Toronto! The interior is quite chic and clean! The staff are very kind and informative. I loved how all orders can be done from an iPad, it was so easy and efficient to do so! The menu has a plethora of options to choose from! I have a few personal favourites. Firstly the tempura was crispy on the outside and so flavourful and soft on the inside. The sashimi was fresh and so delicious! And my absolute favourite were the torched salmon and tuna sushi rolls! Whenever I’m back in Toronto, I’ll come back to Spring Sushi!
The all you can eat menu was great, you can choose from a quite large variety of foods and drinks. The atmosphere and the decorations are quite pleasing to the eye in addition to the wonderful view of Yonge square and the CN tower. The service was quite pleasing, polite, and fast. One tip I would give is don't go to get everything with one time, try to make some choices and you can go for a second time to get the rest. The food seemed to be of good quality even though I am not an expert in judging sushi. Overall it was a great experience and I would go there again, I would definitely recommend going to spring sushi.
The sushi was really delicious. The place has a variety of Japanese food from sushi to sashimi, udon noodles as well as seafood and meat options.
The staff were really helpful. We were given an hour and a half but we were able to extend it.
Lovely place to sit and talk with a group of people. Excellent service quality and all you can eat place.
