Oyshi Sushi - Toronto - Photo album

The first thing I noticed was that the workers are very, very, human. They do not hide behind a mask of professionalism, but instead feel like they are actually serving you. The sashimi we ordered was very fresh and the arrangement was pretty, but the fish was lacking some of its fishiness -- flavou
Place was busy, we had to wait 5 minutes to be seated. The hostess attitude was very pleasant, all servers extremely polite and helpful. The salad was so fresh, lettuce so crunchy, taste wonderful. Sushi and sushimi was very fresh and delicious. Will come back again. Why not 5 stars? The place a lit
Great atmosphere in this place, they have little walled off booths for up to 4 people. I got the sake dome and the fish was yummy with a big serving of tasty sushi rice as well. Our server was really friendly!
One of the best places downtown. Great service and they always give me free miso soup 🥰 I also really like the privacy. The sushi is so damn good and I highly recommend the salmon teriyaki. Definitely worth the price.
This small and cozy restaurant located in a side alley is easily missed unless you are looking for it, even more since there are construction nearby. The interior decor gives a nice Japanese vibe, while the food tasted fresh.
The large shared platter has a good variety. Place is cozy and gives off an authentic Japanese vibe.
Delicious sushi, sashimi/rolls, and super friendly staff/service. Even the tea is really good!
Wonderful quiet little mom and pop joint.. Cuteste private room/booths. Very small and intimate.. food was fresh and fairly priced... miso soup was so good! ...only thing missing was some nice Japanese music in the background to set the mood. Will definitely be back!
