If there were half stars, we’d probably rate Akita a 3.5, reason being that it is good, but not as good as it should be given the price and the hype. The food presentation was top notch, but the taste itself was very average and thus underwhelming. In fact, I think we’ve had better sushi at takeout
Incredible food. Incredible service. Fine dining at its finest. Prepare yourself to pay more then your typical Japanese restaurant however worth every dollar. Check out the Japanese whiskeys, sake and pretty much every dish in the menu was on point.
