This has bin one of the best experience I’ve had in a long time. From great service, experience and of course AMAZING food. I definitely give this restaurant a full 5 Star. No one does it like Ruth’s Chris Steak House. I highly recommend this restaurant. They are authentic, passionate and charismatic towards people/customers. Thank you ‘Ruth’ — 😆❤️

My wife and I loved our evening!! From being greeted by the manager and incredible service by Marco we definitely will make this a regular spot. Chilean sea bass was outstanding and sides superb. My wife had a request for a menu change which the Marco and team accommodated with a smile.

Best restaurant experience! When we walked in we were warmly greeted by the manager Arbi. He was kind and conversational with us throughout the night. Our server, Scott, was such a nice guy. So professional and pleasant. The food was outstanding! We ordered the Porterhouse Steak for two along with lobster Mac and Cheese and Garlic mashed potatoes. Everything was exceptional! To top it off, they brought us a cake for our anniversary and even put heart confetti on our table. Have to say, was more than not disappointed. I was so impressed and happy with our experience. We were treated like gold. We’ll done guys! We highly recommend this location.

First time ever visiting this place and i must say the food is amazing; it is quite on the high price but believe me, top notch food and top notch service! Our waitress Danielle was not only sweet but very informative and she knew everything and was very enthusiastic! I appreciate that!! Will visit again in the future

I had a solo NYE meal as I was travelling nearby, my experience was incredible! The service was top notch and the food exceeded all expectations. I ordered the wagyu special that my lovely server recommended - it melted like butter in your mouth. Hands down the best steak experience I've ever had!

Went to celebrate my anniversary at the restaurant. From the point of making the reservation till the moment I left the location was an exquisite experience. When we reached there, a table was reserved and the hostess wished us anniversary greetings. Then the servers came and guided us to choose from the menu all the Halal options that were available. Yes, now they serve Halal items without making an advance request. Their New York Strip, Lamb Chops & Stuffed Chicken Breast are Halal and pretty much all the sides are Halal too. However, one has to specifically ask for the Halal only items so they'll not even use any wine/ alcohol in the food preparation. We'd ordered New York Strip steaks, Shrimp Orleans which came with Garlic Mashed Potatoes as side and a separate order of Cremini Mushrooms. For the drinks, we'd ordered Raspberry Lemonade & fresh Orange juice. After we were done, they served us a complimentary chocolate cake with anniversary greetings. The food tasted great, the service was prompt & the ambiance was nice. Mr. Manny (our server) was awesome, thanks again for your amazing service. It's a great place to have fine dining and some amazing steaks. Would highly recommend and will definitely visit again. P.S. the photos are unedited and without any flash being used as there was ambiance lighting in the restaurant (wasn't bright).

This was our first visit to Airpot location and we were very pleased with the modern appearance and very good atmosphere. It is not as classic as Downtown Toronto location, however there is no any issue with that! Regarding food, as expected, they are top notch here! We ordered calamari to start for 4 of us and it was very generous portion, with very good taste, and a hint of spicy pepper in it. Both Caesar salad and Harvest salad are tasty and good size. And then, there is steak! And the signature sizzle! We ordered one Porterhouse and one Ribeye for all of us to share. Porterhouse is very well prepared, and it was cut in very good size pieces. Both New York Strip and Filet sides were very good! And Ribeye was very tasty, I even think that it tasted the best of all. If you are looking at ribeye, do yourself a favour and upgrade to Cowboy ribeye, price difference is not huge, and it would be even better, we felt sorry that we didn’t do that. Don’t forget to add sautéed mushrooms, they are very firm and extremely tasty. Since we were here for birthday, and really because of the birthday boy’s wish to visit Ruth’s Chris, we had also a piece of chocolate cake to enjoy. Try it, it is not very sweet, and the closest thing to chocolate heaven that you could find! We can’t wait to come back when restaurants re-open again, we caught the opportunity to visit just before closing of the dinning rooms.

An amazing experience!! Our waiter, Scott, was amiable and attentive, and made our birthday dinner all the more better. Our tomahawk ribeye was cooked to perfection. The sizzling hot, buttered plates elevated the flavour of our meal and our dessert was rich and delicious. Would absolutely recommend coming here, and will certainly return ourselves.

Worst steak ever; oil fried beef lump served as a steak. Can be a steak for a wild carnivore only. No sides, no sauce; steak served in a China plate, not even on a steak platter. Not worth for any $$$$$. Most unhealthy food/steak for top dollars; a real threat to public health. No complaint about the excellent service though!

The only thing good about my experience was the polite server....nothing else. They forgot to place the order for the pinacolada and we got it way late after reminding them....on top one of the side dishes came when the food was almost finished and the excuse was that they make it fresh....huh ! Also the presentation of the steak and the stuffed chicken was pathetic...it was like they had thrown the meat on top of a very small plate and quickly served it.... 2 things however that were good were that since the Pinacolada was late they made it free. and the fact that they had Halal steaks was a plus for me. Overall not worth paying $200 for 2 people !

Food was ok, my daughters steak did not come as ordered with blue cheese crust. We were initially seated in a back area full of KIDS, little ones in highcairs. Not the venue for nuggets and fries. I asked to be moved and we were seated in the bar. Much better. However, we seemed to lose our waiter after the entrees were served. Another server brought our dessert and cheque. Hard to tip for good service when there is no continuity. Will not be back.

Simply excellent. Food is great. Our server was David and he was great also. We were celebrating my girlfriend’s parents anniversary. After the meal they brought out their favourite dessert with Happy Anniversary written on the plate. I have always enjoyed the food and service at the old location in Mississauga and now the new location looks great with the food/service still #1. John

Went for dinner on February 11/18 to celebrate our anniversary. I ordered the fillet( rare) mashed potatoes and asparagus The steak literally melted in my mouth! Also, save room for dessert and order the chocolate sin cake..it is divine!! Best meal I’ve EVER had! Well worth the $$$ if you want to treat yourself!

Omg manny at the Dixon location was the greatest server. This was my first time at any Chris Ruth franchise and wow I am in such a wow. I had no clue what to order and he suggested things and everything was the best. I will come back here again and again and again. Please thank him for me for changing my life. I have never tasted food so amazing.

Service was impeccable, will certainly return. Oh and the food was mouth watering.. No leftovers:) Got the Filet mignonette with 2 lobster tails, and by far the best steak I’ve ever had in my life:) merci beacoup

A fine dining experience with a superb selection of steaks. Had the halal New York Strip (only halal option..what a shame!) which came exquisitely glazed with butter sauce and sides of delectable sautéed mushrooms and mash.

Ribeye steak for $60, way overpriced! Steak did not have much flavour. Presentation was lacking. My boyfriend got the t-bone which he ordered medium rare but they cooked it medium well instead! The steak that I bought from Costco for 4 top sirloin steaks for $22 was way better! The Keg has better steak for what you pay for. If you're willing to spend $60 or more then go to Jacob's Steakhouse instead!

Menu: Petit Filet, Sides (salad, sautéed mushrooms, asparagus, mashed potatoes), and New Orleans Style Cheesecake with Blueberry Sauce

I went to this Ruth's in Mississauga for a function and I was pleasantly surprised how tender this cut of corn-fed Midwestern beef was, given the amount of people that they had to serve. We had sixty guests in our room but they were hosting other professional groups equally as large. Great quality control... my steak was medium-rare as requested. The steak and sautéed mushrooms were swimming in butter... which can turn off some, but I shamelessly condoned. The cheesecake was the star of the evening. It had a light and airy texture with a crispy crust. A more than ample serving of blueberry sauce and a few mint leaves were the finishing touches on this lovely dessert!

Good steaks. I like that the plate is sizzling with butter when it gets to your table and there is an exquisite sauce to pour over your steak. But I think it's over priced for the quality. There are better steak houses elsewhere like Morton's or Jacob & co.

Ruth's Chris Steak House is a chain of steakhouses all across Canada, the US, and other international countries. I called three days ahead and booked a dinner reservation for 8:00 p.m. on a Saturday. My boyfriend and I went to the downtown location on Richmond Street W. Once you have entered the building; you have to take an elevator (one floor) up to the main restaurant. Trying to find a parking spot on Richmond Street West on a Saturday night was horrible. So we arrived to Ruth's Chris Steak House about 5-10 minutes late, and found out that our reservation was given away to another couple. I was nonchalant about it as it was our fault for being late. So the hostess asked for the two of us to wait for an open table by the bar. We waited for about 15 minutes and no tables opened up … my stomach was pretty much growling by this point. The manager of Ruth’s approached us from the bar, and made small talks with us. He told us that a table just got their desserts and should be done soon, or we can go eat in the private dining room. Say what??? Yes, he offered us the entire private dining room to ourselves. So we kindly took his offer, which we were both very grateful for. The atmosphere inside the restaurant appeared to be a very relaxing one as the lights were dimmed and the music was gently playing in the background. The dining area was well decorated with modern pieces, and it was spacious. Our server arrived to the table, handed us the menus, and took our drink orders. The only one complaint was that the sides are not included with the steaks. However, this is pretty much the norm for many mid-to-higher end steakhouses in Toronto. We ordered the mashed potatoes ($9.95), shoestring french fries ($9.95) and asparagus ($9.95) as our appetizers. The appetizers were decently priced and affordable as the portions were incredibly large; it was more than enough for two. The menu at Ruth's Chris Steak House offers a good selection of ste

Lousy service and was overcharged. We ordered $300 worth of food which included an $18 shrimp skewer. Realized the next day it hadnt even been served but was charged!

Salty and crappy service. Just too salty and overpriced. Waiters are average and this one Japanese waitress seems passive aggressive. Waves his hand at my uncle to sit him down when taking our family photo because he thinks "he got it." Ends up taking crappy photos.

Steak was overseasoned, my sister and I paid $60 for ribeye and didn't include any sides at all. Steak didn't look presentable too but taste was alright, pretty juicy and tender. Not to mention all the sizzling butter when arrival puts you in awe until you receive your bill.

Forget you vegetarians. People who complain about Ruth's Chris Steah are probably vegetarian left wingers. A real man eats here with pleasure. The steak is perfect and we each had a desert which was world class creme brule. Yeah might be expensive for the aevrage joe but we were being entertained by the vendor and I would have no problem dropping a thousand here myself anyway. No good lookin women here though which is a pity.
Jamaal
Overrated overpriced food. It's not bad but it's just not worth the price. I'd rather pay for The Keg.
Sam I
Obviousely wayyyy over priced. I went to this one in mississauga for my friends birthday party. eight guys bill 700.00 including drinks. One pf my friends only ordered a salad. Food was Ok but how can you screw up a steak? Try the Keg, its a better value.
Kelly
Great as always. The steak was perfect, the carpaccio was to die for and the creme brûlée made my night.
Roxie
Over-rated food, way over priced for nothing. Great serivce though : )

Amazing!!!!! The steaks are.... Amazing!!!!!
The steaks are truly to die for, Cesar salad was fresh (no stale croutons, homemade dressing) sure the prices are a bit high but the staff and serve was the best I ever had! All people who work in the restaunt field need to come and see how to serve customers and earn a well deserved tip!! Truly an amazing experience! Customer for life.

Poor value. It was expensive, steaks were on the average $50.00 plus, the sizes were disappointing, when they say the side dishes are for two they weren't kidding. The restaurant was average in appearance. First and last time we will go, for the cost there are far better steak houses in Mississauga. Thumbs down big time, go somewhere else.
Happy
Great steak. The steak never disappoints. But, it's on the pricey side.
B.S.
Not as good as you think. It's overpriced and the steaks are not even that great compared to the keg.
Andrew 'Andy'
Expensive for no reason. Why is it so expensive? the steak is marinated in oil and is unhealthy. the portion is mediocre. No wonder it was half empty. Just walk over to Earls or Moxies for better steak at half the price.

Great food...expensive tho!. We come here on occassion. If you're a meat lover you would love this place. My husband always gets the lamb and they do it right! Their lamb doesn't have a lot of fat in it and is very sweet. I order the smallest piece of meat I can get because I like eating sides anyway.

Their dessert is excellent! I love the creme brulee! Coffee is good. Service is good. Atmosphere is nice. When we're up for an expensive meal, we'll be back!!

Not Impressed. They dry age their own steaks and thats what makes it tender and juicy with a rich matured beef taste. However you can get a good dry aged steak at Medium Rare Butchers and do the same at home for a fraction of the cost.

As for the searing at 1800 , on a good infrared grill or a Big Green Egg you can get up to 900-1100 degrees to sear and lock in the flavour.

This place is all hype and you are paying for some great marketing. Yes the quality is above average however it is not worth the price. They sadly misunderstood us when they charged us $9 for a potato , we wanted to eat it not buy the farm.

There is nothing wrong with spending big money on really good food. Something that you can later say is spectacular. You are paying alot of money for a name and nothing special at this place.

You can eat much better for half the price. This place is a full fail.

Brutally overpriced, terrible portions.. The steaks are fine but every single other thing we ordered that night, including their $10 caesar salad was almost a laugh out loud portion size. Escargot plate for the female was like 4 small pieces. Shrimp plate for my pal was maybe 4 shrimp, small count. My calamari plate was the most generous appetizer of the rest, but sure was expensive at about $17. Steaks good, not great. Seemed a little bland to be honest, and the "sizzling butter plate" too small and cramped to be able to cut and manipulate it easily.

Brutally overpriced, save yourself $100 and go to the Keg instead
Stephen G.
Nice atmosphere, attentive service, food good but not great. Seriously over priced. I can get a much better steak at a much more reasonable price
Brutus
Way overrated. Expensive without merit. Much better Steakhouses that aren't so snooty and rediculous. I suggest copacabana, pricey also but you leave full and have tried a lot of good types of meat.
Judson Chiu
Mad steaks. Ended up here on a whim, underestimated the price. It IS quite expensive, BUT I can't say I've had a better steak than at RCSH. Juicy, flavourful and soft, amazing
Leslie
For people who don't know. They advertise a lot so people come. The food doesn't justify the price. As soon as people realize that Keg has a BETTER steak for half the price this place will die. I suggest Keg for quality and price or Tulip for a better steak and better service.
Brad Perez
Great steak and salad.
Jason
Not worth the price. I quite enjoy steak. It's one of my favorite meals, however the superior prices at Ruth's Chris do not in any way reflect a superior steak.

Save your money, go out 5 times to your favorite steakhouse there is nothing special here.
Stephuila
Dress to impress. Definitely a must try!

One of the steakhouses that I have been to that can stand up next to Keg's steakhouses.

The steaks are tender, juicy, and meaty. Heads up to those who love their steak with lots of flavour, this may not be for you. Although the steaks have a very subtle flavour, it is very distinct and overcoming. And the pieces...they just melt in your mouth.

A little tip: Try not to go in jeans and a sweater if you don't want to feel out of place...and bring a LOT of money =D
Tummy Points
The steak is pretty good but other dishes are of lower quality. Considering the price, I would recommend other restaurants such as Canoe, or if you must have steak, consider Morton's.

Before Kevin left Mississauga, we had a shared Birthday dinner at Ruth's Chris partly because we both had some coupons. I've never tried Ruth's Chris before, but had heard good things. Having known this was a birthday, they had laid out some decorations on the table which was a nice touch. I'm guessing they get a lot groups with special events here. The bread was nice and warm. We had arrived before 6:30, so each pair ordered from the Classics menu (Three course set meal) and then the regular menu. For the appetizer, we chose the lobster bisque. It was extremely salty. The sides we picked were some steak fries (impressive looking, but not as good as they look unfortunately), creamy spinach (very rich and tasty) and mushrooms (cooked well, but not that tasty). I ordered the Ribeye, which is "well marbled for peak flavour, deliciously juicy." It comes out on a sizzling plate with what I think is a pool of butter. Yum! My piece was fairly fatty, but
