Fantastic food and ambiance. The owner Nicki truly understands how to treat customers and was a pleasure to meet. We went with a large group and pretty much ordered the entire menu.. all was fabulous - especially the gourmet fries and Big A's burger - so delicious. Our party enjoyed everything!
Thanks
Love the vibe and ambience. The décor is gorgeous. The service is impeccable. And the food ... the food is the best part. Always good. Always fresh and tasty. The patio is beautiful and transports you out of the city (and is heated in the winter). And the owner, Nicki, is the best. A definite must in Yorkville.
Incredible food. Everything we tried was so full of flavor! Easily the best burger I have ever had (Big A's).
Other dishes definitely worth trying:
Spinach and feta borek
Chicken shawarma
Reyna salad
For drinks:
King Arthur's concubine was yummy and the royal highness was delicious!
Also, beautiful patio!!
I went there for my birthday tonight and the staff was super friendly, especially Jamie and Natalie, and the food and drinks were spectacular. The chorizo fries and Casamigos tequila made my night. If you find yourself in Yorkville, make sure to stop in. You won’t regret it!
Went here for a quick coffee this afternoon. Lovely place and excellent, fun service from Jamie! Will definitely return to sample something from their great wine list. Thank you for such a positive experience!
The tuna tartare nicoise is to die for! Great menu, lots of variety. And the Mezcal Smokehouse was delish too!
Every time I come here the food and service is impeccable!! If you're looking for an original menu with food that is full of flavour, then this beautiful restaurant is for you!
The patio is absolutely magical! Went for a quick drink and ended up staying well into the evening. A must for anyone looking for delicious food, drinks and a great atmosphere!!
Fantastic food and atmosphere. The servers went above and beyond with everything. Very memorable and will definitely return. Their tapas style dinner was incredible, couldn't have asked for a better anniversary dinner to take my wife, such wonderful hospitality. Highly recommended.
Amazing food and cocktails. Loved the watermelon and beet salad nad the lebanes tacos!!!
This is the absolute best place to go after work with your colleagues for their 7 Wonders of Reyna until 7pm - 7 dishes and drinks for $7 each (including the BEST fries). A $25 three-course prix-fixe also makes for an amazing lunch mid-day.
Beautiful decor, welcoming service and delicious Mediterranean dishes. Lovely in the summer and super cozy in the winter.
Food/ Service : Pretty good food. Service was decent but could be faster. We came in a party of 15 so it was a fixed menu. I liked that they have halal food available. However the gaps between each dish towards the end took a while. We all arrived around 9:40, by the end it was 12:30. Kinda pricey but it’s Yorkville so it is expected. Fixed menus for parties of 8+ were from $55-75 before tax.
Atmosphere: Beautiful interior, however very dark so we had to take out our flashlights to see the food at times. If there was better lighting upstairs, it would have been better. Music was kinda loud and hard to hear each other. Not sure why restaurants have such loud music. But overall great visit, definitely will be back to the King location though. I’ve been to both, and I personally liked that one better.
Really good food. The food took a while to come out though. We tried the short rib grilled cheese which was delicious. The baklava French toast was good as well; just didn’t taste too much like baklava and was a bit dry.
TLDR - great date spot, some things could be improved. Worth it overall.
This is a great spot to grab a brunch with a friend or loved one in the city. Try to get a spot in the patio at the back if you want the Instagram vibe.
The service was great, they accommodated us with a stroller and helped us move tables twice to fit the stroller in.
Food - the food took a while to come out, but the croque madame and baklava French toast were delicious. I’d give the shakshouka a miss, it arrived a bit cold and was watery. The fries also were really thin shoestring fries - not my thing but maybe it’s yours? Also, the staff verbally assured me that all the meat is halal (they do have pork chorizo though) for those who are wondering.
It is a bit on the pricey side but you pay for good service, good ambience and overall good food.
Will be back to try other dishes!
The Baklava French toast looks and for the most part is average but the yellow sauce is actually what makes all the difference.
For a savory option I tried the short rib grilled cheese & it hit home. The perfect order when you’re hungry in this cold weather 🥲
I loved the patio - it was definitely my favorite part 🤩
Staff were very friendly & cooperative 🥇
Absolutely loved going here! Went on a Friday at opening (4pm) the back patio is so cute and great vibes! We got 2 cocktails each and the Spanish fries! Amazing service even with the rush! Would definitely come back! :)
My gal pals and I went here for a GNO and it was an amazing vibe with incredible service. Our server Izzy was so attentive and made sure we had the best meal and time. She shared great recommendations from the menu and really went the extra mile. The croquettes, octopus, and sangria were BOMB. Can't wait to go back :)
Came here for weekend brunch, would love to try their dinner next time. Slight attitude from service which we were put off by at the very end.
- baklava French toast (for the sweet tooth mood; not too sweet! which I appreciate)
- reyna’s croque madame
- salmon board (get this or the croque madame but not both, either way we’re both delicious. The fried capers were an excellent touch)
- short rib grilled cheese (my personal fave for trying something different)
- lamb shank Benny (delicious however not enough to be filling)
- almond milk available for those who wish to order a latte
