This is definitely one of the best Dim Sum places I’ve ever been to. The serves was extremely nice and made really good recommendations. The quality of the food is supreme and the presentation is great. I loved the lobster shaped dumpling, very creative and the flavor was unbelievable. The shrimp and chive dumpling was delicious as well. I started with a warm green tea to warm me from this freezing cold Toronto weather. A+++

Crispy duck tastes good, it came with a whole duck. Ordered both dish for the duck, make sure you check the amount before ordering. The wrap came with 4-5 rounds, each round has 2 wrap. The dim sum can be ordered as combo or order independently where you can select over 10-ish different styles. And the service was great! Really enjoyed the visit.

Perhaps my new standard for dim sum! The service was excellent and extremely fast. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The food is such an amazing experience! The flavors are so on point! The bbq pork bun is the perfect compliment of soft fluffy bun with the ideal portion of bbq pork. The lava bun was pure joy. Each item we enjoyed was fresh, flavorful and left you wanting more.

Made a reservation at this restaurant on 2nd floor of our hotel. Superb service, the owner him self carved the BEST Peking duck we ever had, the rice paper wrap served in excellent timing, maintained its moisture and texture. The Foie Gras perfectly prepared a top sticky rice cake, cooked in traditional Chinese Dishes, creatively unique, fatty succulent without eliminate the freshness of the Foie gras it self. The Crab E-fu Mee carried soft yet touch of crunchy surface, giving extraordinary chewy experience, blended upon generous lump cram meat. The second Foie gras served a top braised beef, such a harmony in perfect combination. One of the best Chinese Food we had. 5 star is absolute!!

Great place to try some Peking duck. Staff are very nice, and were very professional, checking our temperatures and our SMART Health QR code, which a lot of restaurants don't do. Food was very high quality all around, which is expected for the price.

Dining at Lai Wah Heen is always a treat. I met my friend here for dim sum on an early Sunday afternoon. The dining room is calm, spacious and relaxing. Service is courteous and refined. We ordered an assortment of dishes from the dim sum menu. The stand outs were the Wagyu beef dumplings in a spicy sauce, the steamed barbecue pork buns, and the deep fried sesame balls filled with lotus bean paste. For an upscale dim sum experience, Lai Wah Heen is the place to go.

The peking duck was delicious and love the fact they cut, prepare and serve you individually! You can eat the second course peking duck with lettuce wrap, they added fried noodle piece, which is a personal perference whether you like that or not, adds a crunch to it but not the most traditional, however personally it was good and different! The other Chinese food is definitely more westernized catered and not very traditional. But the peking duck was good! If parking in the hotel, just tell them your license plate at the restaurant and $5/car is added to your bill, however the parking lot can get filled up very quickly and catered to more smaller vehicles.

High quality and high priced dim sum. It's not crowded or noisy like traditional Chinese dim sum restaurants. Service was very nice.
