Excellent Food and Good Service
Pleasant service staff, quick service and excellent food. The menu has a good variety of food, including gourmet pizza, delicious pasta and wonderful desserts.

Great service, prompt and friendly; lovely ambience; excellent pizza and calzones! Sadly the rooftop patio was closed due to inclement weather, but the exposed brick and interior decor were very nice.
Went for an early dinner. Sat on the rooftop patio where the service was great. It was $5 wine night which was a nice bonus. Bf had a calzone, which was a good size and very tasty. Also a side of fries which were well seasoned and crisp. I had the linguine carbonara which was great. A nice portion size and good flavour. They also have real shredded Parmesan, which a lot of places skip on.

Amazing day in Toronto today and we have had real yummy dishes at Hey Lucy.. Service is impeccable and barely we waited 10 min to receive the Pasta fettuccini Alfredo and Panini sandwich. quality is good for the money you pay. patio upstairs is a romantic gem after 8Pm try it out
Amazing food. Outstanding service - we had our appetizer just as our drinks arrived. Mac and cheese balls were super delicious. Best pizza I've ever had - chicken and Brie. Husband had yam fries and the dip was underwhelming but the calzone was delicious. Great value for your money.

After a performance of the Brahm's last symphony at the Roy Thomson's it was time for a late dinner. There are not too many affordable restaurants in the area after 10pm. We had to go door to door along King st across from the TIFF lighthouse to come across this place. It looked like a friendly, cozy neighborhood pub. Folks at the bar were still catching the last few moments of Game 2 between the Raptors and Heat. We were seated near the back of the bar away from the basketball action. We quickly settled on a sharable platter which included: Naan, Hummus, Baba Ghanoush, Samosas, Stuffed Mac N Cheese, and Fried Calamari. Salsa and Sour Cream were provided as well for dipping. My favorite were the stuffed Mac N' Cheese with a hard marinara based coating. The inside had a creamy cheesy filling. The portion was excellent for two people. The server warned us it was last call at about midnight and yes this included dessert as well. My friend and I ordered their stuff apple pastry with vanilla bean ice cream. It came in a nice portion but I did not think the vanilla gelato had as much flavor as I hoped for. It was still good. I thought our server was excellent during our visit.
This is a great place to stop for a bite to eat before/after seeing a show! We went in for dessert and got jealous seeing all the yummy food coming out. It was pretty cramped in there, but in a quaint sort of way. Service was very quick and professional. I ordered the deep fried cheese cake and would definitely recommend it!!
Lucy Mac and cheese penne. A little dry.
The tomatoes are good, there's the little saltiness that made it interesting but overall it lacked cheese. The melting, hot soothing cheese.
The place's ambiance and the patio added charisma to the place. 50% margarita specials were fun.
Overall experience was okay and customer service was pretty okay.

The upstairs patio is so pretty that I never want to leave. The dinner menu is all delicious and the brunch is spectacular. I really enjoyed the calamari and the Lucy Mac n Cheese. The staff is friendly and I've never had to wait long. Highly recommend and I'm looking forward to visiting their other locations:)
Update: White Wine Sangria is delicious, the pasta is bowl-licking good and this place is seriously thebomb.com
