Exceptional meal to match an exceptional performance
Outstanding flavours, selection and service in a wonderfully location that takes you miles away from where you are, experiencing exceptional Indian cuisine to match an exceptional performance of CATS
Loved the food here. We ordered chicken briyani and the taste was smashing. Would definitely recommend for Indian food lovers. The quantity could be improved.
Such a great deal for Indian lunch buffet. The food quality is good and the price is great value for money. The food excels in variety as well as taste and the service from the staff is excellent.
I really like their tandoori chicken , samosa & tawa chicken. every time I go there for buffet I come eating so much. definitely worth trying for indian food lovers.

A group of friends and came upon Aroma one Sunday evening after taking in a show. None of us had been there before but I guarantee I'll be going back. The food was amazing. I had the Vegetable Biryani and loved it. The vibe was so nice, we were laughing and chatting well after our meal was over, and even though a couple times I thought to myself we'd probably outstayed our welcome, the staff was gracious with us and let us chill. I can't remember everything we ordered, but I know it included Salmon Tikka and Butter Chicken, and we all shared a basket full of naan; bowls were scraped clean ;) I wish I had ordered a plate to go.
I have a very nice experience of Aroma. I had prawns tandoori for first time and my first trial went really well. The starter was very juicy and because of that it gets a plus point. The mix of ginger, garlic and onion are my three must have ingredients to make the dish better and it was all there in the starter and totally nailed it.
We visited AROMA for both lunch buffet and Dinner and both times the service was excellent and the food superb. Would recommend to everyone and will visit again
I accidentally found this great place to eat, in Downtown , Toronto! Great people, smiling and serving, food great and also wonderful ambience!!
Visiting Toronto for a conference and went out with my wife for dinner. Happened across Aroma. Food was wonderful, in the top 3 Indian places I have eaten at. Waiter was a little abrupt though we only saw him once, other servers served us the rest of the evening.
Nice ambience. Courteous staff. Awesome food. The dips with Samosas were authentic Indian. In Chicken Tikka Masala, although the Chicken wasn't done in tandoor as it should be, but it was still the best I have had in this part of the city. Will visit again for sure !
We ordered couple of Kababs very tasty .. very good friendly staff.. must visit place .. enjoyed food to the core. Roties and chicken tikka masala are too good. Roties are so good.
Our group came here during a conference for lunch. The buffet was affordable and had some decent options. I was a little disappointed by the lack of desserts, and as is common for most indian buffets, naan was a commodity. The service was mediocre.
Best Indian food in Toronto bar none. Even tired their lunch buffet once and could not find anything to complain about. Location is a bit hard to find but once there, you are in for a treat.
Amazing lunch buffet. And only $15 per person. Some items are more miss than hit, but most of the menu is fabulous. The tandoori chicken is tender and spicy. The butter chicken is saucy and creamy. The naan goes well with everything and there is a deep fried vegetable dish which ive forgotten the name of that is delicious as well. The atmosphere is also quite nice and sophisticated. Definitely worth the money and its all you can eat too :)

$13 Indian Lunch Buffet on a Weekend in Downtown? Was not expecting much quality but I was surprised. The Chicken starters to the Dal, Biryani, Murg masala and the fish were great. I have a vegetarian friend who also enjoyed the meal so I guess it is good for everyone! The waiters are good and the see through kitchen makes sure we are eating in a clean environment. HIGHLY Recommended for budget eaters and quality eaters.
I visited Aroma today for lunch with a friend. You really can't beat this place! $13 + tax for an AYCE Indian lunch buffet in the downtown core!? The food was excellent. There are lots of different options available including a salad bar. I would recommend this place for a nice lunch at a great price. It was busy though so I suggest reservations.
Have been here several times for lunch. Their buffet is always plentiful, fresh, and delicious. Affordably priced at $13+ change including tax.
Went here for dinner and had some terrific Indian food. The shrimp curry and the tandoori shrimp were definite favourites and worth a visit just for those. The garlic naan (and their naan with mixed fruits/nuts) was terrific. If you're feeling for Indian food in the Entertainment district, this is a good choice.
This busy Indian resto is well-known for its daily Indian buffet lunch. It is a well-placed spot for pre or post-entertainment dining, ideal for tandoori lovers! Try Tandoori Gobhi, Chicken Noorani kabab or Dal Makhani (stewed black lentils with, beans, tomatoes and spices). It's one of the best Indian restaurants in Toronto!
This place is solid. Went with my co-workers who can attest that this is authentic Indian food. We had the appetizer platter, shish kebab, chicken masala, and lamb biryani. The food was very good, very tasty and had a lot of great flavors. I would definitely come back to this place again.
Excellent food and ambience.paneer tawa masala nd veg biriyani is just outstanding .seevice was very attentive
Best Indian I've had in TO. The food took a little while to come, but I believe it's because they are cooking things fresh. It was SO tasty, SO fresh, and good portion sizes (not too big, but good enough to share. Love it. Will be going often. The servers were all very pleasant and the washrooms were really clean too.
Great experience and food! i have never been to an Indian food buffet but the selection was good and i found the taste not too spicy in some dishes.
Great place. I've been to Aroma a few times and I think it's a great place for Indian food, even though it's a little bit on the pricey side. Naan was nice and fresh and great for dipping. Not sure if they have a buffet still, but one of the times I went, this was a pretty decent option - the food was kept fresh and hot and was replenished often. Highly recommended.
Not bad, taste was okay, service was nice. Would certainly try others when back in the area.
There are two separate stations, a cold one filled with salads and chutneys and then of course there is the hot station with everything you could want from an Indian buffet.
My favourite thing about this place was each dish had a distinct flavour - often times they use the same curry base and add a different protein/vegetable but nope, not this place. Each dish had a distinguished flavour and you were able to taste the variety between all the dishes. There was also a great selection between veggie and meat dishes. They even had a curried fish which I really enjoyed!
I identify this as another Toronto chain that has solid coffee, food and beverages. I've had the sandwiches, smoothies and come for the coffee. The staff are friendly enough for King Street West. I am ok with the aestics of the place as it fits with the whole urban feel of the place. Lastly, I like the added touch of the chocolates you get with your coffee -- ask nice enough and you can score extras :)
Went there to have food after an excruciating long day at work. The food was really good, to get such high standard Indian food here in Toronto was delightful.
But would like to reserve 1 star for ambience and price.
Seemed to be costly but then again it's downtown, every thing is costly.
Had nan, rice, chicken tikka, 2 more veg curry. Service was quick and people were polite.
