Great ambience and very romantic atmosphere. Amazing experience at Opus Restaurant. The service was impeccable! Staff was very polite and highly attentive. Our server was very pleasant, and definitely very knowledgable about the menu as he was explaining new special items they had. They have an extremely extensive wine list. Their wine selection was absolutely impressive. It took us some time to choose. If you are a wine lover, this place is for you. Every single dish was so carefully crafted and full of flavours that blended together graciously. The presentation for each dish was flawless! The tenderloin especially was very juicy and perfectly done. The seared foie gras simply melted in your mouth and the beef tartar was just amazing good. We tried 4 different desserts and they all tasted really delicious and exquisite. Opus is definitely surpassed my expectations. Highly recommend to family & friends.

Did not live up to the hype. Went for a BD celebration. Salads were fine. 2 of us ordered Fish. One was almost inedible. The fluke was bland and whatever it was on....couldn't eat it. The other was the Halibut which was just bland.
Rack of lamb and Venison were fine...
Service was truly mediocre at best. Worst part was at the end of the meal, one of the servers walked by and had clearly been out smoking a cigar...absolutely stunk and carried this through the restaurant. Not the best way to end a meal.
For the price....would not recommend

The food is amazing at Opus. The menu changes daily. The staff makes you feel right at home. You can’t leave without trying the desserts.

Such a nice vibe. Staff is extremely polite. Food is delicious. It’s a very unique and nice location. I was treated with nothing but kindness and respect. A lovely cuisine to indulge in when visiting Toronto. Some of the best salmon I’ve ever had.

Too long away from Opus. Great meal and service as always. Thank you Mario and staff. If you have not been to Opus you don’t know what you are missing. Truly Toronto’s finest. Our Swiss friends were impressed and that is not easy. We miss Tony.

The food and service are excellent! The staff go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and attended to. I also LOVE that they have a sommelier on-site that comes to your table and talks you through different wine selections.

This is probably one of my favourite restaurants. Everything from the appetizer to dessert was absolutely perfect. Always recommend this place to my friends and family for a special dinner. The seared foie gras simply melts in your mouth. Lemon meringue was gorgeous and tasted amazing too!

Really bad service, the manager here has a serious racial discrimination for Asian people. He had really nice conversation with other western people but just ignored this table. We showed our politeness every time when someone came to serve us. Even we wave to call the manager when he saw us, he chose ignoring us. Some waiters pretend that they don’t understand what we were saying, even we don’t have obvious accents. I’ve been to many French style restaurants but first time in Toronto, won’t be here anymore. Also, I will tell every friend of mine don’t have meals here.
