Excellent breakfast place
Cute breakfast spot. Great service. My daughter had the chocolate chip pancakes with Nutella and I had the avocado & egg toast. Everything looks delicious it was hard to pick.

A small restaurant but very busy one. The staff were friendly. Since i was all by myself sat alone. The waitress took my order after sometime as they were busy. I didnt bother much as i was busy watching my favourite series. I ordered for the eggsmart tri fecta... waffles and eggs. Whay could go wrong?? As soon as the food came in i indulged in it still watching my series. Waffles was soft and yummy. Sunny side up was perfect though felt the whites were bit overcooked. However by the time i moved to eggs found a small hair on the yolk. Didnt make bug fuss but told the waitress to get my bill and showed the hair on the food. After a while the waitress told me the bill has been waived. Frankly that was bot what i had expected. I did enjoy my breakfast and being from a restaurant background these issues does happen. But the waitress Sandy was very apologetic and insisted that it was on the house. Actually i felt embarrassed for telling her that i found an hair on the food.. its the people who makes the place special. And im definitely going back there whenever i visit toronto.
One of the few budget friendly diners in the area, this place serves a decent breakfast. Service is quick and friendly, the food is fresh and made in house. Simple classic diner fare - basically you get what you paid for.
A good breakfast spot! Had breakfast today here with five other people and everyone enjoyed the meal. Nothing fancy just solid breakfast food. I had the breakfast burrito which was good, and made better by dipping it in chipotle sauce I ordered separately. Definitely try the breakfast jersey fries, they are crispy and tasty.
Came here on Saturday morning for breakfast. We got here around 10 and the restaurant was full, so we waited 20 minutes for a table. I had the breakfast poutine and a fresh squeezed orange juice and my mom had the southwest breakfast sandwich. The food took a very long time and many of the people seated after us got their food long before us. Our waitress also wasn't very nice- she was barking orders at the staff and acted like she was doing everyone a favour by being there. The food was delicious and I would go back again, just hopefully not to be served by the same waitress.
Decent breakfast and plenty of it. I had the baha bennie, an eggs benedict with ham replaced by avocado and topped with a little spiced chopped tomato. Avocado was too cold having come straight from the fridge. I would have preferred the English muffin a little more toasted. Perfect soft poached egg and tasty hollandaise. Accompanying home fries were a little undercooked and under seasoned.
My companion's western omelette came with the same home fries. Omelette was slightly over cooked if you like a French style omelette with a slightly runny centre.
No espressos here, only filter coffee so we didn't bother. Breakfast for two with a Diet Coke was $32 with tip.
Tasty food. Less expensive than cora's. I like that they let you switch the potatoes for a salad or extra fruit. Atmosphere a bit loud, might be rough if really hungover.
Not bad. Good value on weekdays.
On weekend is a different story.
For a full breakfast with coffee and other add on ( the server will up sell you to fried onions, cheese, etc ) the price would be comparable to an all you can eat buffet.

A place to start your morning. I stopped in for breakfast a few minutes after they opened. I liked the place, a long restaurant with windows along Bay St. My server was professional and kind of busy with several customers arriving at about the same time.
I had the Montreal Smoked Hash & Eggs. I didn’t expect or particularly like that the meat and onions were mixed in with a large amount of large pieces of potatoes. I’m new to Canada, maybe that is how Monteal Hash is typically made. I also thought the onions were a little undercooked. For me it was still a good sized breakfast even after picking out what I wanted and leaving behind half a plate of potatoes.
It looks like this is a big breakfast chain and a good place to start your morning.
It was such a nice place when I first walked in I was immediately feeling welcome. The coffee was fantastic hot fresh bottomless. I had a salmon Benny my server was so attentive the entire time as I was alone . I took her advice and added spinach to my Benny it was amazing.... I would definitely pass through again next time I'm in downtown area...
Service With a Smile. The service we got was excellent, the waitress was very attentive to our needs,friendly and very welcoming. When the food arrived it was fresh, hot and Delicious. I ordered the classic breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of food I got for the price!My eggs were cooked to perfection and the homefries were very good plus you got Texas toast on top of that! Our server also recommend we try the freshly squeezed orange juice.... It was amazing... a must have! Overall we had a really good experience and will definitely be returning back!
A very friendly breakfast place. Contrary to some of the previous reviewers, I really liked Eggsmart on Bay Streetr, right in front of the Toronto Coach Terminal. I had the classic breakfast. Everything was hot and tasty. The two women servers were incredibly nice. Much better than similar chains in downtown Toronto. I'll return next time I'm in the big city.
Went here for breakfast. A little slow with their service but it is acceptable enough. When the food came, i had i mushroom and swiss omlette. It was good in taste in the part, but the edges were bland. The home fries were not good. An okay choice that would be fine for one try.
Ive tried almost every breakfast place in the donwtown core, this is one is my favorite and easily the best value.
Great food. Huge portions. Great service. Close to hotels. Perfect for travelers and locals alike.
Nothing Beats Sunday Morning Brunch
Very friendly staff. Always is our weekend brunch choices. When my baby was little and she spilled her juice, the waitress there will give her a new one with a cap on the cup. Food tastes also good. I like the selections there too.
