Came here for dinner for the first time today. I really wanted to rate this place 5 stars because our service from Danny was 5 stars as well as our food; however we had booked our reservation for 8:15 and had to wait a while to sit down. It was just myself and my husband and we had to wait 20 minutes to sit down at the teppan table and wait for a party to leave. I realized the larger parties booked for 8:15 were seated way before us and we arrived there at 8:10pm. The waiting had us thinking why the other people sat before us when we had arrived before them and when we asked Ken he had said he squeezed us in for 8:15 but didn’t mention that he was squeezing us in over the phone. I wished he told us earlier so that we could’ve placed our reservation for 8:45 instead because we waited until then anyways. Danny apologizes for the wait when we sat down. Everyone there seems really friendly, it was just the waiting period for us. Maybe next time we will come in earlier? Otherwise this place is a 5 star. I would definitely come back and eat here again.

Good food, a couple order were wrong but the waitress made it right on both occasions. Chicken fried rice and house sake were very good.

We came here for the first time to celebrate my husband's birthday with friends. The atmosphere was amazing and food was very good quality! What impressed me the most was how friendly and attentive the servers, chef, and owner were. I would highly recommend this place for their teppanyaki experience. Our chef had incredible showmanship and the food was so yummy. You will feel very taken care of at this restaurant and leave in high spirits!

Delicious even for picky people like us. We enjoyed the coocking show, great option if you stay in one of the hotels next to the airport. Manager keeps an eye on everything helping his staff, nice to see this kind of service

Truly an amazing, hearty meal. Came with my boyfriend for the teppanyaki dinner and enjoyed every part of the night ^^ 100% recommend if you're looking to grab some dinner and a little cooking show

I had dinner here with my wife and I can say without question this is a wonderful restaurant! The staff are all super friendly, the service is five star, and the quality of food is incredible! I had the chicken teriyaki, picture included. We will be going back, but next time, we will be booking a reservation for the chef's table. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Great meals at a great price<br/><br/>Arrived at 6:00 Saturday night and got the last table. They serve great food, at a great price and the locals know it. Sushi was great and the Prince dinner of steak, shrimp and chicken was excellent. Dinner included a salad, rice, soup and free app.

Came here with boyfriend it was alright. I got the shrimp, salmon (choice of two) and he got the steak. It came with veggies and rice. I really enjoyed the miso soup and starter salad but I felt that the salmon was too plain. However the shrimp was amazing. Oddly enough I did not enjoy the rice very much for some reason. I also asked for teriyaki sauce on the side and expected a thick brown sauce but got more of a thin BBQ tasting sauce which was different but not that great. We then shared a portion of fried cheesecake which was amazing. What I was not so impressed with was the service as when we asked for water, our waiter gave us the water in solid cups which we later realized were tea cups (which we were not offered any tea with). Every single Japanese place I've been to gives complementary tea. I think I even saw the tea kettle on the table, but he gave us those cups for plain water. Then he couldn't see if we finished our water or not but never asked us once if we needed more. He did however, ask the other people at the table if they wanted more water when he saw that their clear water cups were empty. My boyfriend was literally thirsty. It's proper etiquette to ask the entire table if you need more water to be honest. That was a turn off. Other than that, he delivered when asked. I think this place is pricy for food that isn't that delicious but my boyfriend really enjoyed the food. I tried pieces of his steak but they were fatty. Overall the ambience is nice.. the live cooking of the food is very entertaining and the people who work there are mostly pleasant! They also greeted us and thanked us on the way out. We may return.

The Food was well prepared and taste great but the service was terrible. They didn't answer my questions respectfully. And they were laughing when My friends were asking them questions. Some of the staff were very rude. As a young group of people going to the restaurant to spend our money they were very very very disrespectful. They treated everyone else with respect but us.

This picture does the food no justice. We were staying In a hotel nearby and wanted to grab some takeout, we ended up at prince steakhouse. I ordered the salmon teriyaki dinner and tempura, it also came with miso soup and salad. It was very fresh and the quality definitely exceeded the price.

You can eat at the cooking tables or in the dining room. I prefer the dining room. Very good tempura and sushi. I recommend the prince special.

The Food is always good, but...... We made a reservation for 7:00 pm Sat. Aug. 9 for 9 people. We have eaten here approx. 4 times in the last 12 months and usually spend $250 - $350 each time. We were made to wait by a small table by the front door and then moved to the sushi bar. I remarked to the person seating us they were 30 minutes late, she mumbled an apology. <br/>Our Teppanyaki dinner was good as usual but we weren't even offered a tea or a drink or a bowl of ice cream for the 30 minute wait. This is just poor customer service!<br/>Since we vote with our $$$, there are many good Teppanyaki restaurants, the Iron Chef is just as good, so we will be taking our business there.

My Top 5. I absolutely love the food served here. Delicious and fun (if you have Tony as your cook). I love any excuse to have a dinner out here

Check it out!. Great food, always consistant, love that they do everything right in front of you, a place everyone needs to check out! Great for parties/birthdays as well!!

Japanese?. Chinese people pretending to be japanese? Don't be fooled! Only the sushi chef is japanese and that is the only reason we went. But when they screwed up our order, the chinese came out in them. You won't believe what they did!

Always packed but not good food. Not good Kapanese food!

Lunch-ariffic. An outstanding restaurant, and a favourite lunch place. Reservations are a must. The lunch bento boxes are a great deal with high quality and great taste. Large piece of salmon, crispy tempura, top quality sushi. I have never had a single disappointing meal at Prince in over 5+ years of going there regularly.

Teppanyaki. Ordered the Salmon...and it tasted good.<br/><br/>I noticed that the place is full packed of people. So better to have a reservation. <br/><br/>The manager and staff are very accommodating. The store manager roams around and very friendly..<br/><br/>Will go back for sure and try other items in their menu....

Excellent Experience. Staff were very polite, food arrived quickly and a decent portion of house wine compared to most.<br/><br/>Dragon roll was divine ... beautiful setting also.

Good food at the cooking table!. My family goes regularly. Love the cooking table experience. Have had tepanyaki at other places including one in Fort Lauderdale, FL and prefer this one.

Our manager takes here once in a while, we always love having our food cooked infront of us.

This is the best japanese food ever. Who ever says it is hardly 'a prince' is wrong. Our family has been going there for years never had a bad meal. The best is the steaks at the cooking table is so tender you don't need a knife to cut it. All seafood is excellent. Service with David is the best waiter. Otherwise others can be a little snooty. The 6 of us give it 98% considering service & food. BUT food wise 100%++

Hardly a Prince but rather a Pauper. IMHO if you like Prince, you MUST try other Japanese restaurants. Afterward, you will find that Prince's food is just about average. What makes me mark this as a sub-par restaurant is the people/service. On more than one occasion I wanted to complain to the service manager about my waitress' attitude. I found out shortly thereafter, my wait waitress WAS the service manager.

So much fun!. Great place for a date!<br/>fantastic atmosphere, really a cool place!<br/>unlike any other!

They have delicious teppanyaki as well as sushi and other Japanese fare. I usually get the Tempura Soba . It comes with two shrimp tempura, and usually one each of zucchini, sweet potato, and taro, along with a big bowl of soba noodles with mushrooms, cabbage, and fish cakes. It is so hearty and filling, great in the wintertime. My only issue is that sometimes the shrimp does not come deveined, which is just downright nasty.  Web: http://www.princesteakhouse.com/prince_steakhouse.php About these ads div.wpa>div { margin-top: 1em; } Share this: Email Twitter Facebook Digg Reddit Google +1 Like this:
