Great place to have a nice family dinner. Nice atmosphere and amazing staff. Being vegan is not always easy; here it was. The vegan lasagna was really good and they complimented it with roasted potatoes, sweet potatoes and greens. I almost forgot about the salad, also very delicious. I will come back for more!

WOW! My taste buds were certainly blown away since visiting this establishment. The best part is that it’s only a 20-minute walk from my place in the Distillery District so it’s not TOO far east. In addition, the food is made fresh with local ingredients and the menu changes daily (you can view their weekly menus on their website). The portions are also super generous so if you ordered a main course you will surely be SUPER stuffed! On Tuesdays-Thursdays this place also has two can dine deals for $30 which is also a fabulous deal, and they even cater to a vast array of dietary restrictions so if the weekly menu doesn’t have a vegetarian or vegan dish, they will gladly make you one. Moreover, the cocktails are also super delicious with a good amount of booze and flavour, and our server was very friendly and social. He provided us with great recommendations and was very prompt in delivering exceptional service throughout the night. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and cannot wait to return!

Took my wife here for her bday. It's a full set menu with an option to pair with wine. Gotta say everytime from food, atmosphere to service were awesome.
I particularly liked the trout they served that night.
My only small complaint was that my wife was pregnant and couldn't have the tiramisu so they subbed it with something else, which really wasn't good.
I'd totally recommend going there though.

A staple in the Leslieville area. Rotating set menu means the dinner changes every night. I checked online and they were serving ribs! Fantastic and fresh. Tastes farm to table. Great service and decor. Loved every bite. Absolutely not pretentious. I would definitely return when the menu peaks my interest. Please follow my foodie adventures @doctoreeat.

Went here with for a special function, first off really impressed on how the kitchen was accommodating for allergies. Set menu, some things I didn't fancy but other enjoyed. I thought I was going to be hungry, but I wasn't. Service was okay, a little slow, too spread out between dishes especially when you are starving. A++ for the bread, delicious. The food was okay

We pushed this restaurant to the limit. 32 guests for a birthday. Not only were the staff responsive but they were entertaining and so awesome to each and every one of us. The food was fantastic. When the salad is mind blowing everything else is just sprinkles!!! So tasty, so fresh. What a fantastic meal. Thank you for a wonderful evening!!

Great farm to table place with a new menu daily. On the day I went they served lamb which was incredible. All the other dishes were amazing and it's plenty of food for the price. The drink menu was great also, only had one drink (the whiskey one) and it was great.

From start to finish, I enjoyed my visit at Ruby Watchco. The hostess was pleasant when she greeted us and offered a couple different table options. The available seating was spacious and cozy. They have a wide variety of drinks available, we tried a couple of their cocktails. We LOVED the food options we tried; Chef Lora's Chicken Liver Parfait, Apple Cider Brined Oxford County Pork Loin w/ Kozlic's Triple Crunch Mustard & Sausage Gravy and Ruby's Double Smoked Bacon Mac & Cheese. Every single bite was delicious!!!! I also want to mention that our servers Annalisa and Antony, offered 10/10 service. They were attentive and offered great recommendations. Thanks for an excellent experience!

Ruby Watchco never disappoints. I had the pleasure of going twice in one week, May 7 and May 9 2015 I love the food the wine and the staff. May 9 2015 mushroom salad was to seasoned to perfection, lip smacking good. I can eat that salad every day. When the food arrives to your table family style, you're a little nevervous that someone might take a larger portion than yours and you watch them cautiously. Never fear the food is enough for all at the table. You have to add the wine pairings with your meal it's a must. The wines are absolutely delightful.All are welcomed and you never feel out of place. Every time I'm in Toronto it's my goal to eat at Ruby Watchco.

I took my 8-year-old son here for dinner after a show. He’s a bit of a foodie and an aspiring chef who enjoys watching Lynn Crawford on the Food Network, so we were thrilled when we arrived at our table and he had a front-row seat to watch her cook! To top off a perfect night that included amazing food (the lemon garlic shrimp risotto was delightful), Ms. Crawford stopped by our table to say hi to my delighted little boy, and even allowed us to check out her kitchen! She was so down to earth and kind! I know it’s not a dinner he (or I) will soon forget!

Always great food and service! I've never been disappointed and we go at least several times a year. It can be a bit loud for serious conversation but don't let that deter you ! I always recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

Another amazing meal! The chefs did Lynn proud! Amazing prime rib Yorkshire putting’s and veg. Great cheese grape salad excellent dessert. It was our friends first time eating there, and they absolutely loved it. We can’t wait to visit again.

This place is amazing. The food was fantastic. The service wonderful. We had Leslie as our server. She was courtious, and took care of us wonderfully. She even hailed a cab for us. We went there for our 2yr anniversary and plan to go back again next yr if not sooner. I have never tasted food so wonderful before. Wow... Lynn Crawford, is the personality she appears on TV. so real. grounded. Having had the position of Executive Chef at the world renowned Four Seasons Hotel both in NYC and Toronto, there was not a sliver of arrogance to her smiles. The food was made with honest ingredients, and with such meticulous detail. Every element in each dish was thought through, assembled, and delivered. I have two words: she rocks!

Food was good. However, my steak was served on an unwarmed plate and was cold by the time I finished it. The third so called course was meager at best and not sufficient to be called a course for two people. I was also charges $1.50 for a second biscuit in spite of the fact that my bill was $130+ before tax and tip. How cheap can a restaurant get???
