Perfect experience! The atmosphere is great, love the deco. Amazing service! The sesame lamb rib is a must. The short rib is great but not as special. As for desert, the one in my photo is a pleasant surprise. It's unique and I love the pistachio flavor

One of the best restaurants in Toronto! We absolutely loved the experience and the place is so beautiful! Alexandra was our server and she did AMAZING! We loved all of her recommendations and she was super professional. One of us were celiac and two vegan and she adapted every dish for us. They have tons of gluten free and vegan options and everything is super delicious & cocktails are definitely a must!! Couldn’t recommend it more. Thank you Alexandra for making our experience unforgettable!

Diverse wine list, including options from Lebanon. The flavors in every dish are bright and diverse. Everything we had was perfectly seasoned - the pide is not to be missed (we had the truffle one). We definitely ordered too much food (which isn't a bad thing) - if I had to cut one dish it would have been the cauliflower.
The service was excellent, though I would caution that the ambiance is much different between the lower and upper floor - lower being more casual and the upper is more romantic and intimate.

Had dinner here with some colleagues. The ambience is nice, fancy enough but not over the top. The service was kind and responsive. The food was excellent. I especially like the steak.
As far as opportunities, I wish they would have Coca-Cola products instead of Pepsi.

I finally got out to this restaurant and it was fantastic. The server was very knowledge and kind. The food from beginning to end was great.
The only thing I would say is the second floor is a little loud due to the high bare ceilings. It was about half capacity and I could barely hear the people sitting across from me.
The standout dishes were the rice, dumplings, tomato salad (amazing) and fried chicken.

The most amazing dining experience in Toronto I’ve had so far. The food was incredible and the service impeccable. The lamb ribs were so good we wish we had ordered more. The branzino was perfectly seared and the truffle pilau was so unique and so good! The chocolate olive oil cake was divine and I’d go back to have that with the Turkish coffee. Our server was so amazing— wish we had gotten his name. He guessed it was my birthday and had sorbet sent to our table. Can’t wait to go again!

Wow! I’m speechless. We just walked out of the best experience at a restaurant that we’ve ever had! Not only was the food impeccable, but the service was absolutely amazing! We’ve never had a server like that before - who packed our food for us and folded our napkins between meals. Literally setting the bar really high. This is a great place to go on an anniversary dinner as the ambiance is super intimate. As for food, I’d highly recommend the lamb, the fried chicken, the tuna tartare, and the hummus! They were delicious! The fries were great to have on the side but I think that the food listed was our ultimate favourite. If you drink and are looking for a good sour, “The Geographer” was amazing! Overall, every dish and all the drinks had elements that were paired for a clear purpose.

The space could be a tale of two restaurants, the main level has a totally different vibe than the upstairs. My feeling was the main level felt more casual as if you were hanging out in a friends kitchen. Our server was incredibly articulate regarding the menu, as it was our first visit. Each dish was flavourful and unique. Terrific meal and is a guaranteed repeat visit.

We stayed at the Fairmont and were recommended Byblos by our awesome concierge. My boyfriend and I had such high expectations of what Byblos would be and it honestly did not disappoint. Although we waited over 45 minutes for a table it was worth it. The service was awesome, our server Joel was able to recommend us an amazing and different app and perfectly explained everything that came out. The presentation of the food was great and it tasted even better than it looked. We left Byblos very happy and will definitely be back :)

Bayblos is out favorite restaurant in Toronto so far. Yesterday however they had informed us 2 hours before our reservation that our seating had changed; it was important to us to have the seating where we wanted as one of our family member has difficulty getting up the stairs. We raised our dissatisfactions to restaurant manager, Solomon and I must admit he was very attentive, listened to our concenrned and ensured we still have a great night and enjoy our visit to Byblos and sure enough food didn't disappoint! I hope this late notice won't happen again in future and restaurant would do a better job in booking or advance notices regarding any changes.

First trip to Toronto so first time at Byblos and it was a real treat. Very middle eastern influenced, delicious food: za'atar, dukeh, tahina, kibeh... Delicious and plenty to satisfy veggies and carnivores. And our cocktails looked and tasted dreamlike. One small problem was that three women spent the entire time shrieking and cackling at everything their male escorts uttered. It resulted in us being unable to continue our conversation so we left after loads of starters cocktails and a bottle of wine. Divine.

We sat at the bar and were served by a very friendly and knowledgeable bartender named Cassandra.
Krysta the Sommelier/AGM recommended some great wines, the Nebbiolo by Burlatto was delicious with the lamb Shoulder.
Vincent another Manager checked in with us several times to ensure ever thing was good.
Food was super fresh and delicious.
