Review Tacomory - Tobermory

2022 July 4★ Located near Tobermory and really just on the way, you'll find this food truck just off the road. While there's a few different taco options, this one isn't too bad given the area. Didn't really expect any decent Mexican. While the tacos are pretty good, it does lack more sauces. There's like 2 bottles of hot sauces, but really should have the Mexican ones available. 3 tacos, chips and salsa and a drink $18 The shredded chicken, pork and aloha tacos were all good with good portions of meat, but could really use a bit more thicker sauce. Otherwise wasn't bad. Kids nacho $9 Nachos with shredded chicken and cheese. Not bad. Kids enjoyed it. Free limited parking in front. Three outdoor picnic tables.

Delicious and fresh! Staff is super friendly and funny. I recommend the Aloha nachos with guacamole. They really piled it high!! A must-try when you’re in Tobermory.

Tacomory is a great stop with amazing food. I ordered the chicken bowl and it was great! Totally recommend and sometimes they have house special hot sauce...mango reaper was bomb

Friendly service and the taste was decent. But not exactly authentic (I think the salsa might be Pace), waited for like 20 minutes in the blowing dust for the food to be ready, and had to find a place to eat as there aren't even any picnic tables or chairs.

The place looks legit. However, the food is very bland. The quantity is sufficient however it’s lacking flavor. As soon as I saw the Dempster pita wrap, I knew there is something up. To top it off, the workers inside a truck, We’re all fighting. Enough that they had to close the window to settle things. I guess there is a lack of options in terms of tacos in Tobermory.On a positive note, the quantity of the taco bowl is a lot.

Good portion size, the folks there are quite nice. Incredibly fast service, though severely lacking in flavour. The sauce is bland, and the pulled pork in the carnita bowl was cold and tasteless. If they're the best taco place in Tobermory, it would be because they're they only taco place around.

The food here is unreal. I can honestly say that I haven’t had Mexican food this good since I went to Mexico. My husband and I got the chicken tacos and the chicken bowl. They were so delicious we drove back the next day for lunch as well. The staff is super friendly and the set up is adorable. We live 2 hours away and we are already planning a road trip just to get this food again. Five stars and then some.

Good portion. Better than what we get closer to the harbour. Added the hot sauce Tasted good. Friendly service. Had to sit car and eat. A place to sit would have been nice.
