I always have a positive experience and have never gotten a wrong order. I was especially impressed when I was in the restaurant today.
One of the employees had a very particular customer who had complained the burgers were burnt, asked for more items well after paying (having to start a new ticket), requested specific items in specific bags and sauces in containers instead of packets. The employee was polite, patient, and attentive, seeing to the customer's every request.
Much better food quality and service than past. Environment is friendly and always enjoy my Angus burger.
Good food, large portions, love the milkshakes. The restaurant is well set up for Covid precautions. Tables are out away and everything is well spaced out.
I always had a great experience either as a worker or as a customer. Team is doing good job and great efforts to serve people friendly and accurately.
There are some other things than dine-in or take-out like Skip the Dishes and Doordash that helps to deliver food at our doors.
Personally, this place is highly recommended.❤️

Those are just some of the reasons I like Harvey's. This Harvey's has friendly staff that genuinely seemed happy to serve.

Burgers are good, Swiss Chalet chicken is good, fresh cut fries are back and good! The place is usually clean. I wish there was a better system for pick-up orders; Skipthedish drivers have no manners and can't seem to figure out how to properly wear a mask and wash their hands.
