I always have a positive experience and have never gotten a wrong order. I was especially impressed when I was in the restaurant today. One of the employees had a very particular customer who had complained the burgers were burnt, asked for more items well after paying (having to start a new ticket)

Much better food quality and service than past. Environment is friendly and always enjoy my Angus burger.

Delicious. Fast. Economical. Those are just some of the reasons I like Harvey's. This Harvey's has friendly staff that genuinely seemed happy to serve. My ANGUS burger was a beautiful thing!

Can never get the order right you have one job and you can’t even do it smh

I usually like Harvey's food, but every time I've been to this particular location I've had issues with the service. It always takes several minutes before the cashier takes our order, even when the store isn't busy. The staff can be seen standing around not getting anything done most of the time,

Burgers are good, Swiss Chalet chicken is good, fresh cut fries are back and good! The place is usually clean. I wish there was a better system for pick-up orders; Skipthedish drivers have no manners and can't seem to figure out how to properly wear a mask and wash their hands.
