Review Tim Hortons - Timmins

My favourite menu items are the coffee with a chocolate shot, the Farmers Breakfast Wrap, and the Frosted Cinnamon Roll. I especially like the Frosted Cinnamon Roll because they put a lot of icing on it! I just wish they sold the jelly filled Timbits!

I love this tim hortons. This one lady usually always takes my drive thru order and she is just the sweetest.

I recently walked in to grab a quick snack before heading to the airport. I was there for quite a while, trying to wave down staff who seemed too busy being on their phones, trying to make eye contact or to even get them to notice me. I never managed to get anyone's attention and after about 5 minutes ended up leaving. Maybe removing all the stuff from the counter that pretty much hides anyone walking up would help people get noticed.. To be honest, probably a good thing I wasn't noticed.. no one was able to wear their masks properly. A mask under the nose does absolutely nothing. Places, especially restaurants, should get shut down over this! Health and safety first, which your staff made it clear was not important at all.

I've been to this location a few times and it's nice to have the outdoor seating and it's usually been ok especially ordering on the app. . The last time I went there I only had cash so needed to order in store. There were several staff and everyone kept trying to pass off the people waiting inside to other staff. When I first arrived I was alone and then a line of 2 others formed behind me. Finally a girl came to serve the people at the front. She seemed completely put out and annoyed. She served me quickly but with an exasperated expression the whole time. By the time I left it had taken 10 mins to get 1 iced coffee and one of the other guys that had been in line was gone.

They mess up all the time on the hot chocolate half double double and they asked again to verify and they still messed it up. Horrible service. One of the worst coffee places I’ve been!

Worst coffee I ever had. I ordered ice coffee and coffee was full of sugar. It was literally like honey 😖 very disappointed.

Very crowded drive through, but food was ready by the time that we got to the window. Pleasant interchange with the staff as well.

After having store staff speed across town (70 to 85 km in a 40 km) to harass me about something Unrelated to staff and telling me I drive like a looney. Between that and the inconsistent of coffee and service. I am now Boycotting this location. I drink 10 to 18 coffee a day and order the same coffee every time 2milk 3sugar. Not a complicated coffee to make still 7 of 10 are not what I ordered
