Review Tim Hortons - Timmins

Disappointed again. today they got my order right finally. But charged me double of what I was supposed to pay. $15.49 for a large steep tea and 1/2 dozen donuts. either they charged me for a full dozen or my tea costed 9$...Rediculous

Nice staff, clean washrooms and always great coffee

The only double drive in Timmins, in a convenient location at the center of town. Avoid the inner window if in a rush as it's often the trainees, but for the most part the lines move fairly quick. The staff is usually quite nice and the items are not often messes up. Some days can be a little slow, but who doesn't have their bad days? The only downfall is during covid, and the small store front, only one customer can go in at a time leaving quite the line up outside. And unfortunately, my main reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is that if you walk in you're usually left to wait as they prioritize the drive through. It sometimes takes longer to go in than it would to drive through in a long long.

I wanted to give kudos to the three sweetest, most lovely women who helped me out today with an order issue. I knew it wasn’t a problem directly from the store as it was a problem with the third party delivery driver and the two managers at this store we’re doing the best they could to resolve the issue. The driver didn’t arrive and it was almost three hours since my order was placed and the two managers went above and beyond to make sure I received my food and left me a lovely surprise! Another very sweet coworker from the store thought my iced coffee was forgotten and came directly to me and still gave it to me regardless. Kudos to every single one of them for going above and beyond, being very sweet and understanding, and genuinely being the most down to earth people I’ve had the privilege of meeting. 5/5 stars!!! 😁😁😁

I am in town for work for about a month, not once they got my order correct. My order was simply Garden salad with grilled chicken, which I order the same way same thing every Tim Horton I go. The picture I attached was just one of the many mistakes, instead of garden they gave me Caesar, the chicken I paid $2 for werent even there at first, I checked and told them the chicken weren't there and they even argue with me saying they added even when it was all green inside with a transparent cover, they then took it in and added chicken as shown in the picture, $2 for 5 pieces of half a pinky size. Can't take it anymore!!!

Unless you're in drive through, this place is terrible. If you're a customer outside you'll watch 10 cars get served before 1 in store customer. On top of that, when you finally get your order, it's often wrong. Especially the coffee! Go to the Tim Hortons on Airport road, you'll get good service and quickly there.

Okay.today I ordered an iced Capp ,1 donut and 1 cookie. It took 15-20 minutes to receive it and there was 3 workers working on my 1 order!! And also those 3 workers kept needing another employee to help!!! What the heck is that.. I'm not sure if they are new but maybe the manager should not have 3 new workers working same shift. Also There definitely should not be a 7/8 year old working at Tim Hortons. !

My girlfriend who is white and does not wear masks walked in and placed an order, no issues, they nicely asked her to wait outside for her order to be completed. We decided to go this morning but this time I went in with my built in face covering sweater 3 times thicker than a mask and right after a guy just wearing a thin bandana over his face. The racist manager refused to serve to me and threatened to call the police. I worked 3 years at Restaurant Brands International and never encountered a more unprofessional person in all the tim Hortons stores I've dealt with. One day she will learn.
