Everything is usually pretty good. It's easy to use the app and then pick up. I know they are doing their best with the current situation. Today they were training some new staff so service was a little slow but it's understandable and I'm patient. I'll say to the new person definitely hang in there because I know it can be overwhelming at first. There is definitely a learning curve to a place like that with everything being thrown at you all at once. I know because I worked at a different Tim Hortons a few years ago. It can take a couple months to really get everything down.
