If you're going through the drive thru service is pretty good they have like 7 staff serving the customer. If you're a walk in customer be ready to wait. They have one cash open only most times and the person serving you is on their own.

Everything is usually pretty good. It's easy to use the app and then pick up. I know they are doing their best with the current situation. Today they were training some new staff so service was a little slow but it's understandable and I'm patient. I'll say to the new person definitely hang in there

I have tried to email company, they advised me would send 70 points but ended up emaing back to decline it. 6 out of 7 times i went either bad milk or order was not right. Unless your ordering a simple coffee . Don't expect it to be the correct order. And if youre going to ask for your order expect dirty looks and a fuckton of complaints. The make a cool brew of coffee nice and strong not watered down tho . So a 2x2 or 3x3 is pretty good.
Great customer service , just have to watch when getting a tea through the drivethru that you dont get a coffee but besides the odd mix up the morning crew does a great job, keep up the good work
