Compared to other KFC I've had over the years this is lower on the freshness. They had two kids running the place and seemed like they couldn't keep up with demand. July 6, 2022, today was the best experience I’ve had at kfc in 10+ years. My food was hot, crispy, not greasy, not dried out. My fries were actually crispy and hot. not soggy and mushy. Good job today ladies and gentlemen. Keep up the good work.

Truly an embarrassment to the town. Dirty, run down building that has stood unchanged for decades. The parking lot has pot holes big enough to bottom out a small sedan. This needs to be leveled and rebuilt. It's amazing to me that KFC corporate allows this to exist.

What a s$it hole Tilbury KFC is. No change in the till had to get 4.70 in dimes and nickels. I was told not to get the sandwich cause it would be 5 mins. I waited half am hour and ended up with a chicken sandwich and cold fries. The manager is useless and should have helped out the 2 girls working.

This time was a good experience but there are two men employees at night that keep getting the orders wrong. When your in a rush don't rely on this kfc to help.

Walked in to pick up an order tonight . Employee cautioned me to “watch my feet” at which point I looked at the ground only to see vomit all the way from the far end of the front counter to the garbages by the entrance. Horrible customer service. Both the chicken and the fries were fried in old, disgusting tasting oil. Purchased a chicken sandwich and it too was covered in grease. Ended up throwing out basically our whole meal. Don't waste your money!

The food is not worth the wait. We waited 30 minutes...if not more for 5 chicken bowls and a poutine. Something wrong with the chicken and the gravy. Had stomach cramps afterwards.
